You get what you pay for.
TLDR at the bottom for those looking for a bottom line on this projector. I know I gave this five stars, even though I’m about to let you know about some limitations, but come on people. This is a 1080p projector for under $100. It’s going to have some limitations, but I knew that going in.The first one (and the biggest one) I would like to point out is there is NO HORIZONTAL KEYSTONE ADJUSTMENT. You will have to mount this projector and have it face dead on to the surface you’re projecting onto. This is kind of annoying if the wall you are trying to mount it to has something like a window any where near the center of the wall you are trying to project onto. Which is what happened to me so my image is very slightly tapered out and out of focus on the right side of the screen when compared to the left side. This is not noticeable when playing games or watching videos, but anything text heavy it is definitely noticeable. There is a manual vertical keystone adjustment, but it is very limited. A short throw projector this is not. You will need to mount it on a wall or a ceiling fairly close to the center of the image you’re projecting for best results. The ONLY way to adjust the size of the screen is physically moving the unit closer to or farther from the surface you are projecting on. I know some projectors allow some fine tuning of the screen size without moving the projector but this one does not. If you are going to get this on a screen in your house, you will need to mount the screen first where you want it and then walk around with the projector turned on and attached to whatever mounting solution you are going to use to find exactly where you need to mount it to fill up your chosen screen size. And it takes a considerable distance if you want a screen 100″ or larger. It between 13 to 14 feet (yes, I am American and I know the manual gives sample distances in meters but those of us here in the states don’t have a solid grasp of how big a meter is other than “a bit bigger than a yard but less than four feet” so I listed it in feet to help other Americans. Everyone else feel free to just use the distances in the manual) away from the wall you’re projecting onto for a 120″ screen. Not everyone has a room that wide, so I thought I would mention that.It is really cool that you can connect iPhones and iPads wirelessly to the projector and have them screen mirror, but I think a casting feature rather than a display mirroring feature would have been more useful in my case and anyone else who is going to be using this at home. It makes perfect sense in a business setting, but outside of that it really doesn’t make a lot of sense. The mirroring has some decent lag which is fine for slideshows but any sort of video is almost unwatchable because of the lag between video and audio. The built in speakers are awful. You will need a way to run a cable from the headphone jack on this projector to a separate stereo, sound bar, or even some cheap computer speakers. Since it is just a stereo headphone jack, you will not be able to do surround sound with this thing, but passing the audio out and into some decent speakers will definitely be a more cinema like experience than watching on a tv.The brightness when you’re anywhere under 65″ of screen is very very bright. It drops off quickly after that. After about 85-95″ it is much less vivid and more washed out and will require the lights being turned off while it is in use. There is definitely some major bleed when projecting small amounts of white onto a black background, like the loading screen on the Nintendo Switch when you launch a game. There will be a smear of white leading to the Switch logo in the bottom left. This is the only scenario where you will notice this though, when you have very highly contrasted areas of screen. In normal use so far I haven’t really noticed the bleed, just on those loading screens or other rare high contrast scenarios. The fan is fairly loud. This unit, despite being LED and not incandescent, puts out a lot of heat and cooling is definitely required. If you are crazy about silence during quiet parts of movies or games, this is not the projector for you. You will definitely hear it when the background music drops out. I’m pretty good at tuning out fans, so it hasn’t really ever bothered me, but I know it bugs some people so I thought I would mention it.TLDR: This is a fantastic projector for what you pay for it. Once you figure out a mounting solution and screen solution, it can definitely make a budget home theater come to life and it would be absolutely perfect for a traveling lecturer or making business presentations on the go. Sure, there are some minor things that I would say are more quality of life issues than anything else, but when you’re getting a true 1080p projector that has no downscaling to 720p or worse 480p for less than $100 you really can’t be too fussy about missing features from more expensive projectors. There is a lot to love here and I definitely think it was worth the money I spent on it. For what it costs, it is definitely a 5 star projector.

1st time projector user – easy to use & satisfied!
I’ve had this projector for about 4 months now. I opted for this over buying a tv for my bedroom as I dont spend much time in bed watching tv, except for at night. I dont use it daily but this is perfect! For the price, its done its job well. The setup was easy and adjusting the screen size to fit my wall perfectly was a plus. The picture is clear, as well as the sound. I do connect a bluetooth speaker on occassion to have more volume and its great to have that option. I basically mirror my tablets screen to the projector (though u can connect a chromecast to the projector as well). Ive only had a problem screen mirroring Hulu (due to some capability limitations but I just connected a chromecast as a loophole and it worked fine). ill share a photo of the projection at 7am on a rainy day w/blinds open, and another of the projection at night. The item does get a little hot from the back when its on for a while so keep that in mind when deciding where to place it. Also, the projector does give a light humming when its on which I thought would bother me but its not distracting or loud enough to bother me. Overall, worth the cost!

Powerful, little projo, but not a true 1080 display from the unit.
I bought this for getting the rust off of my projection mapping skills and not for any sort of home cinema experience, but ended up using it for home cinema experience regardless, haha. There are about 3x 5-7mm fans in this thing. The fan noise is a little high. I’ve used christie 8K projectors that were as loud as this projector is at full lumens. But Im glad to know cooling is well thought out for such a tiny little box. This is a really sweet projector for the price. Im a professional Video Engineer and have already started using this thing everywhere in the house. For shows, for small video projects, its great. The pros:-Surprisingly light-Great, portable form factor-Comes with remote-Has a screw-tilt-up adjustment post-Has a remote!-Decent lumens for a bedroom against a white wall-Many hard and internal geometry settings (Keystone)-Camera Tripod mountable!-Wide-range Focus shift-Color temp adjustment, but very limited to three pre-set temperatures labeled “cold” “standard” and “warm”Cons:-Downsampled 1080p into a 720p display. This projector says it has support for 1080 display, which it does and it pops up on my computer as such, but the projector itself is not a true 1080 display. I couldnt make pixel-accurate adjustments in my software. (The projector itself doesnt have enough pixels)-Loud fan noise for it’s size-Edges can get really soft soft when adjusting physical keystoneOther than these cons, I dont have much bad to say about this thing other than it is not a true 1080 display on the projector’s side. Does it support 1080? Yes. Does it display it from the chip? Absolutely not. This will trip up some consumer/prosumer folks. For home and backyard use on the weekends, any time. Tinkering and learning media arts? Definitely worth the buy.
