Fun for a 20 dollar toy
Im giving this 5 stars, even tho it’s a little tough to control, you have to adjust the drifting constantly, and it only has a 10 or 15 minute battery life, but It only cost 20 bucks, and it’s barely bigger around than a silver dollar. So of course the tiny battery isn’t going to last, and if you have a window open or any type of breeze, it’s going to drift. Its actually really fun to play with. Its for young kids, but Im 47 and have fun banging it off the walls and skidding it across the floor. It recovers on its own and zips around like a humming bird. Comes with extra props, but I havent broke one yet. Its worth the 20 bucks.

Endless Entertainment for Cats (and Humans!)
This little drone is such a blast! My cats absolutely love it—it’s become their new favorite “toy.” It’s easy to fly, super lightweight, and surprisingly durable considering how much the cats chase and swat at it. Great fun for both pets and humans!

Small Drone, Big Fun — Perfect for Indoor Flights and Beginner Pilots!
I recently picked up the Sky Viper Dash Nano (ASIN B0D71RD9CT) and I’ve been having a blast with it — so I had to share my thoughts here! From the moment I unboxed it, it all felt super user-friendly and fun. The auto launch and land feature is a game-changer for someone like me who’s not a pro pilot, and the one-touch flips and stunts add instant excitement. What I love most:The size: It’s compact enough to fly indoors without stressing about smashing into everything, yet it still delivers solid performance.Dual flight modes: It gives beginners like me a smooth entry (“Normal” mode) and then lets you step up (“Sport” mode) once you feel more confident.Extra props and USB charging included: No huge set-up drama before the fun starts.A great price for what you get — fun RC flying without breaking the bank.A couple of things to keep in mind:Because it’s meant for indoor / tight space flying, don’t expect ultra long flight times or advanced outdoor performance. Battery life is decent but not endless.Make sure you’ve got some clear space and maybe a less fragile environment if it’s your first time taking it up.In short: If you’re looking for a fun, friendly drone to learn on, impress friends with a few flips, or just kill some time exploring aerial tricks, this Dash Nano is solid. It hits that sweet spot between “toy” and “real RC drone” in the best way. Highly recommended!

Great fun when the weather is bad.
Fun to fly indoors, It responds very well. I have not done stunts yet because I live in a small apartment.

Quality declined.
I’ve had several of these. The first couple were great. More recently, the quality has been poor, and the drones are dead within a couple flights.

i love this lil guy
While we were Christmas shopping, I bought one of these for myself at Target. I haven’t ever flown a drone before and this was small and cheap enough to not be intimidating to try.I loved it. Became obsessed with it. I was flying it all around the house constantly. On NYE I was flying it around while friends were over, and then I crashed it, got distracted, forgot about it, and lost it. Couldn’t find it anywhere! Drove me crazy looking for it and figured it would turn up eventually. My patience was thin so I ordered another one on Amazon.Anyway tonight I’m flying the new one around while my cat is running around trying to bat at it (great enrichment for the both of us) and I end up crashing into a wall and the drone falls behind a bookcase. I go to grab it and there were two there! I’m thrilled I found the one I lost by crashing the new one in the exact same spot.It handles well. Sport mode is a ton of fun. My cat loves it. I love it. I wish the battery would last a bit longer than it does but it is understandable for its size. It doesn’t take that long to charge up anyway. And now that I have two, once one is dead I just pull the other off the charger and continue flying.Very impressed and makes me want to explore other drones. This one feels like an excellent starter to get the hang of how they handle before committing to a larger more expensive one.

Fun little drones
Excellent little drones for what they are. Hairs from the floor sometimes get caught in the props but that’s probably a typical issue. Lots of fun.

Decent Little Drone for Beginners
The Sky Viper Dash Nano Drone is fun to fly indoors and outdoors, and it’s surprisingly easy for my 8-year-old to control. The controls are okay overall — not super precise but fine for casual flying. For the price, it’s a good value and a nice way to get kids into drones. That said, the battery life isn’t great and it takes a while to recharge, so play sessions are pretty short. It’s also not very durable, but that’s expected at this price point. Overall, a decent starter drone if you know its limits.
