Good monitor , gets the job done.
This is a good monitor for the price, I was trying to get something good that didn’t break the bank. It’s pretty nice, being 120 hz. I use this mostly for working from home , not gaming. I would buy this again if I needed to.

Great monitor
Needed a monitor for PS5, great quality. Much better than 4k TV I was using. Eye saver mode helps with darker gameplay/ movies. Make sure to have a speaker system, no port for audio.

I’ve been using this Samsung 27″ S3 monitor for a couple of weeks now as part of a dual-screen setup alongside a curved QHD display (Samsung LC27G55TQWNXZA). While it’s not going to replace my curved screen as my primary for media or design work, it serves its role really well as a lightweight, responsive, and sharp secondary monitor.Pros:120Hz support at 1080p, which was a nice surprise. Motion is noticeably smoother than a standard 60Hz screen, especially when browsing or watching media.IPS panel with slim bezels looks great on the desk — almost no border on the sides, which helps in multi-monitor setups.Very lightweight, which makes it super easy to mount or move around.Perfect for general use, office work, or media streaming.Cons:Not really a gaming monitor in the traditional sense. While 120Hz is nice, there’s no VRR support, and the color/contrast isn’t what I’d want for immersive gameplay. If gaming is your priority, you might want to shell out a bit more for something better suited to that use.The power button doubles as the settings joystick, and it’s located on the back of the monitor. This makes adjusting anything a bit awkward — especially in a multi-monitor setup where this might be on the far side. I really wish it were on the bottom or side.Camera/light bar placement is tricky — because the bezel is so thin (a plus in most cases), any webcam or monitor light bar will slightly intrude into your screen. Not a dealbreaker, but it does block browser tabs at the top.Color & Calibration Notes:As shown in the images, I compared both monitors side-by-side using a Datacolor Spyder calibration tool.The image on the left shows my Spyder-calibrated curved display, which I use for media and design work.The right is the Samsung S3 out of the box (brighter screen), as well as calibrated as best as possible using the Spyder, Windows, and Nvidia Control settings.Despite calibration, the S3 retains a much warmer tone and limited contrast range, especially in shadow areas. It’s perfectly fine for everyday use and even looks vibrant for web content, but it’s not accurate enough for photo or print work. The difference is especially apparent when editing darker images or detailed graphics.Final Thoughts:If you need a reliable, sharp, and modern-looking monitor for general productivity, web work, streaming, and occasional light gaming, this is a great option at the price point. Just be aware that it’s not a color-accurate editing screen or a high-end gaming display — and that power button placement might drive you a little nuts if you’re frequently adjusting settings. That said, for the average user, it more than holds its own.

Just put this monitor together. It was simple to do. So far, I LOVE the picture – sharp and clear. Coming from 21″ to 27″ is larger than I thought. I am connected with an Apple mini. I needed the monitor to be higher than the pedestal that comes with it. But the base is large enough for that adjustment.

Disappointed
The first item arrived defective. The screw will not go in fully. I could not screw in the monitor stand. The replacement item arrived in the box that was damaged in two places. The outer box was fine. I was so disgusted that I did not care to open a box and check the item. So, I do not know if the monitor is OK. Why is it not possible to receive a non-defective in a non-damaged box? I am sending both items back. Very disappointed! I would have given it no stars if I could.

Slim, sleek, and functional
I actually really love this monitor I was able to easily mount it on an arm. The screen quality and fps are great. I have a previous Samsung monitor I do like their multifunctional button that’s on the back. Also this one is super slim and lightweight even for it screen size.

This is not about the actual experience of looking at the monitor as it’s on, because I couldn’t even get to that point.One of the 2 screws that are supposed to connect the upper part of the stand to the back of the monitor would not come out enough, no matter what, without starting to destroy the plastic threading. This prevents me from fitting the stand into positon at the perfect angle and positioning. As a result if I try to screw it in anyway, it starts to affect the threading/hole in the monitor once it’s only 2/3rds of the way in, because it’s all at a slight angle. Out of the many monitors I’ve ever had, this is the first time having such an issue. I’ve spent 30min carefully trying to deal with this and I’m giving up, might try more later or return it soon.

i lke the screen,but it has 1 flaw in it. the cable that goes to my towers wont fit. my towers have a square usb port, the cable that comes with the screem is different and wont fit. they should send a different cable as well like two different ends from screen to computer

There is a button on the back lower right that when pressed brings up a menu, press the bottom on the button again to select the OFF button on the screen, press it and the screen shuts down. Press it one again for a second or two and the screen turns on.Really like the product and it’s customizability.
