It records the front and rear of the car at the same time with good quality.It comes with built-in GPS that shows the car’s location and speed. It also has 4G internet, so you can view the footage on your phone from anywhere. When the car is parked, the camera keeps recording if it detects movement nearby. It’s easy to use and install. The 4K front camera is super clear- you can easily make out license plates and signs, even when you’re driving at night or in bad weather. The rear camera records in 1080P and looks great too. Between the 170° front and 160° rear angles, you get a really wide view of everything happening around the car.Night vision is definitely better than I expected. I drive early mornings and late evenings for work, and the footage still comes out bright and detailed without that grainy look you get on cheaper dashcams.Setup was simple. The 3.59” screen is big enough to review clips without squinting, and the app connects through 5G Wi-Fi, which makes it easy to pull videos straight to my phone. Great dashcam. Only take me one hour to install and it included everything you need for the installation. No other tool required. It would be better if it includes few tiny adhesive wire clips for where the wire had to be exposure. Picture quality is very shape as well. Menu selections are very straight forward and you don’t even need to read the manual. Some other people complain not able to connect WiFi, that because you need to manually turn on WiFi from the menu selection. You don’t really need to keep the WiFi on all the times. Only when you need to check the recording or change setting. So, WiFi by default should be off at all time. Much better than the other Red Tiger brand that I got for my son’s car. The Red Tiger one reboot itself once a while, I haven’t see this unit doing that yet. It comes with a 32GB SD card, I wouldn’t mind to pay $10 more for the price and include a 128GB SD card instead. Better than for me to throw away the 32GB and pay $20 for a new 128GB. I would recommend this to anyone looking for one. Which 2 of my friends immediately bought it before the price go back up again.
