Arrived fast and perfect condition
My iPhone 12 Pro died on me on a trip back home from the beach two days ago. It got stuck on the reboot loop and never could get it out after trying just about everything except the battery change.Made the decision it was easier to go ahead and upgrade, so went with the 16 pro renewed with some hesitation.However, the phone arrived on time overnight and has no scratches anywhere on it. I chose the lowest storage they sell now in desert color.The screen and speed all work well. No glitches or issues getting it set up. The only thing that was sketchy to me is the fact that if you lose your phone or can’t access it in some way like I couldn’t .. it was super difficult getting past 2 factor authentications with banks and other platforms. So be aware that you should have a different backup should this happen. I don’t use a laptop or any other computer outside of my phone and an older iPad.The iPad saved me.. but limited. I waited too long to change battery on this after four almost five years with it.Having said that, it took a whole day but got all my access back to my phone and recovered from the backup.The phone itself has no scratches I can see anywhere on it. Looks and feels new. The battery life came with 98%. The cycles were higher than other people posting here even though I paid for the premium highest quality used phone they had. It has 270 cycles.Consulting with AI it doesn’t seem to matter as much. It seems to think the battery percent age maximum is more important. So the 98% is good.So I am pleased with it and now just playing with the new features of ios26 today getting things set up again.I got mine from the reseller: Networkstore

This was an emergency purchase. My 14PM suffered an untimely failure. I HATE the look of the 17 Pro so it was never an option, and thankfully this came overnight to save me!Phone arrived in great condition here in late September 2025. 100% battery health and only 14 cycles. Zero blemishes on the case or back housing. One TINY TINY scratch on the screen that I don’t see at all with the phone on and screen protector installed. No aftermarket parts or any signs of tampering at all.The 16 Pro is an awesome phone. I don’t miss the bigger screen of the 14 Pro Max at all. This is light and feels great in the hand and pocket. Durable titanium! Runs much cooler than the 14 too.Glad I rolled the dice on this renewed premium phone. Looks much better than the ugly 17 Pro and works great.

The phone itself is great and I absolutely love the camera features. However, I purchased it as “Renewed Premium” and even though I knew it was previously owned, I did expect better conditions. The camera has what I am assuming was glue all around the lenses making it look cheap. Also, the screen is not very responsive. It does not always register touch which is annoying when I am typing or trying to scroll and the phone does nothing or things are misspelled because the screen did not register a couple of the letters. The phone also easily overheats. I have had better luck with Excellent and even Good renewed products than this one. The phone exterior looks in good condition other than the camera glue and the lenses and the lense glass not being flush with the plastic around each lens, making it very easy for the lenses to be damaged. I should have saved some money and gone with just good condition instead, or spent a bit more and purchased new.

A renewed iPhone functions like new.
The renewed premium phone feels new.The battery has a charge cycle of 4 and none of the screen or frame have scratches.The only minor issue is the glue / sealant left around the screen but they are easy to remove.

Decent deal, but could be better
Works like new. Came undamaged but a little dirty (lots of smudges and fingerprints). Missing a charger. I think pricing is a better just going through Apple refurbished and you get a warranty.

No need to review this phone at this point, but I MUST highlight Amazon renewed premium for sending me a phone with 100% battery health and only charged 4 times!! In addition, I qualified for 5 monthly payments and no interest for this purchase. And let’s not forget I have a full year warranty. I got value for money, I got a phone with zero scratches or dents, the screen is perfect and feels like a solid bike device in my hand !!!

Literally Like New
The phone came in a bit dirty (on the side frame and camera lens), so I had to clean it up. After cleaning it up, though, it looked like a brand-new phone; there were no dents, no scratches on the screen, or other marks on the body after thoroughly cleaning it. The phone looked great, and the battery was at 100% capacity with only 6 cycles! It was literally a new phone. Recommend going through Amazon Refurbished with their renewed guarantee policy; 90 days for renewed and an entire year for renewed premium to return it or exchange for another phone if anything goes wrong with the phone or if you’re not satisfied.
