Exceptional product, exceeded my expectations
I bought the iPhone 14 Pro a week ago and the experience has been excellent. Its performance is fast and smooth, even with several apps open at once. The camera is very good, especially in low light; the photos come out very sharp. The screen quality is exceptional, with vibrant colors. Without a doubt, it’s a phone that combines power, design, and reliability.

Way less than excellent condition
When I ordered this phone I was really hoping it was going to be in perfect working order, but it was not. When I received it and got it out of the box I noticed it had a lot of scuffing along the edges and wear on the side buttons. I was a little bummed it looked so used already, but not a huge deal because I would put a case on it anyways, right? So I continue phone set up and everything went great. I did notice the phone was already getting a little hot while I was using it, so that had me a little worried. I realized I hadn’t taken a picture yet to see how much better the quality was than the 12 pro I had previously been using. This is where I ran into major issues with the phone. The camera will not focus at all. I can toggle the lens focal length in and out and somewhat get it to focus for a short second, but other than that… nothing. So I insist the lenses and the bottom left lens looks odd. If you look close it looks damaged or like it has glue rubbed on it, or replaced with some kind of cheap plastic lens. I can’t figured out what exactly was done to this lens, but it does not work! I compared to a family members iPhone 14 Pro and that lens doesn’t look like hers does that works perfectly. I’m pretty upset they let a refurbished phone in this condition be resold to someone, especially when I selected the “excellent condition” option when purchasing. I wouldn’t label this as a working phone. I am returning it.

Great condition. Work well. No any problems I can’t find. Phone was unlocked. There are small chips visible on the rim, but it’s not too bad if you’re wearing a case.

Poor battery health upon arrival
Ordered “good” condition and was told the dip in quality would only be cosmetic. Aesthetically, came as advertised.However, battery health on arrival was 83%. At 80% Apple recommends replacing the battery because performance will see a significant dip. 83% is unacceptable. The charging port is also partially damaged as in my first week, there have been several instances when the phone did not charge properly.The answered one message when I asked for a replacement and have not gotten back to me since. Really disappointed in this purchase.

Please, don’t buy this phone, I received mine but it’s not what I expected, picture quality is a 2010, battery life not up to standard, speaker quality is so dull, I would rate it 0.1 out of 5 starts –
Scratches on phone
Phone came with few scratches around the frame, which looks to have happened when screen was being changed, battery life 85% , charging cable very slim it takes 2 hours to charge phone to 80%, then phone heats up, and stops charging

iPhone 14 Pro listed as “Excellent” and while the screen, back and camera were perfect and the battery heath is at 100%, the paint finish on the sides has come off in some spots (see photo), not to be confused with scratches.A little Googling and discovered this a known issue depending on the finish, with some of Apples iphones, still 1 star removed as from the rating system this phone should have been listed as “Good” instead of “Excellent”.Good”The screen has no scratches.The body has light signs of cosmetic damage. Damage is barely visible when the product is held 30 cm away and imperceptible to touch.”Excellent” The screen has no scratches.The body has no signs of cosmetic damage when the product is held 30 cm away.”Thought of returning the phone and getting another but as there is no guarantee of getting a cosmetically perfect phone with the same battery health and or other issues, seller was contacted and price was adjusted accordingly.So , overall happy with my purchase, the 14 Pro functions like new and to be perfect one would need to buy new from Apple and even then the issue with the paint could arise and once in a case it looks none the worse for wear. : )

I understood that a renewed product could have cosmetic flaws, and mine arrived with a very worn frame, almost like it had been dropped and only the screen was replaced. At first I thought it was just cosmetic and didn’t mind since the phone worked fine. Later, I realized that one of the cameras doesn’t focus properly — something not easy to notice right away. Unfortunately, I noticed after the return period had passed. Very disappointing, because I expected that even with cosmetic scratches, all the functions would work.
