I bought this phone to replace my very beloved yellow iPhone 11. Its battery desperately needed replaced, I had long outgrown the 128gb internal storage, and it recently developed a few dead pixels that turned into… many… that spread across the top of my screen. Nail in the coffin. I was quoted about $400 to repair it at the authorized shop Apple directed me to, so I decided it was just time to upgrade altogether. I LOVE my stupid little banana yellow phone and I don’t care too much about new gen features, the only notable exception being the new camera specs, so I almost got a 15 instead. I don’t think there’s enough of a difference between 15 and 16 overall, but I obviously like my phones to last a long time, so I opted for the latest model purely for longevity’s sake. The 16 Pro is also basically the same dimensions as the 11, so it doesn’t feel any different in my hand than what I’ve been used to for the past 6 years.I use Mint Mobile, so I needed an unlocked phone, hence why I purchased here. I bought a listing being sold and shipped directly by amazon.com instead of a third party seller. I had originally bought a listing from the seller “Wcell” but they never shipped it, then gave me a new shipping estimate of another month… So I canceled and reordered directly from amazon. I figured it would be less hassle to skip a third party seller if I needed to return the phone, anyway.I paid for shipping so I would get it sooner. I did NOT get it sooner (or even soon in general) and it was shipped via USPS instead of UPS or Fedex, which shocked me. I’ve never had something so expensive shipped parcel select before. Why did I even pay shipping? Phone arrived in an unassuming box aside from the giant lithium battery warning sticker, which gives away that it’s an electronic no matter how discreet they try to be. Inside package was another plain box with a serial number sticker on it, containing the phone and an unbranded double USB C charging cable. Nothing else. No paper, no invoice, not even an Amazon Renewed flyer I’ve seen in other reviews. It sat in my mailbox under the hot sun for a few hours before I could get to it, which is Not Great for the battery, and when I opened it the phone was hot to the touch. So keep this in mind when ordering.The phone’s outer condition is okay, but not quite up to the standard promised. This phone was listed as REFURBISHED – EXCELLENT, which states it should have “no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length”. However there are multiple scrapes on the titanium trim around the screen, leaving highly visible shiny silver specks against the black titanium, and a large scratch in the screen itself (pictured) The placement of the scratches lead me to believe the screen has been removed and the metal was scraped by a jimmy tool while prying it open. Maybe the screen was replaced? Maybe the screen had to be removed for another repair? Who knows. I would be surprised if it was a replacement unless they managed to scratch the new screen immediately after.The battery is GREAT. It arrived to me at 1%, but that’s the mail’s fault. Phone has been anctive since December 2024 but battery only has TWO (2) cycles on it and 100% capacity. The battery was definitely freshly replaced.I personally don’t mind the cosmetic damage enough to worry about trying to get a replacement, it took long enough to get it as is and the phone itself works just fine. If anything now I won’t feel bad if I add a flaw in the future, but I know a lot of people won’t feel the same way I do so I wanted to put my experience out there.So to recap, phone is what I would call Repaired. Brand new battery replacement, suspected screen replacement, with some cosmetic damage. Otherwise perfectly fine phone. I’ll update if anything changes with normal use.RIP in peace banana phone. Great security measures from Amazon, it was my first time ordering a phone and didn’t know how the process was, but it was easy to adapt to. The phone came in new condition with great battery health. I did notice there was a little scratch in the bottom left bezzle but it wasn’t a major flaw. I upgraded from the 13 (didn’t trade in) as it was lagging when I typed and switch apps, battery health wasn’t good on it so I figured why not get the newer (to me) IPhone. Overall the experience ordering this phone was great for being my first time. It does take a while to get the eSIM transitioned from my old phone, but i think that’s a carrier thing. The color matches my glasses, which i didn’t even think about. Its sleek and lightweight and the camera zoom is impressive. The battery holds up pretty.

Seller Has Good Communication
There was only one Black Titanium 256GB left according to the Amazon listing page at the time I ordered. I had been shopping for about a month and thinking about getting one with the iPhone 17 coming to market; maybe get a price drop on the 16 Pro. I wanted to have the camera features that my old but trusty 13 mini doesn’t have, not to mention a faster processing chip. I bit the bullet and ordered a few weeks ago, all excited.The next day I get an email from the seller telling me that there was an inventory mix up and that in fact there was no black titanium in stock. The seller could replace it with the natural titanium model. Disappointed, because you know how you get stuck on the one you want after paying for it. So, I messaged back that as long as that iPhone had 256 GB and is in “Excellent” condition per Amazon guidelines, I would agree to the switch; the seller quickly responded that it was identical except that it is natural titanium instead of black titanium (I have already put it in a black Otter case so it didn’t even matter what color it was!)I received the iPhone a few days later as scheduled via Prime delivery. My main concern at this point was what was the battery health on this “renewed” phone going to be? It’s my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone; I have always bought brand new. Amazon guarantees that “excellent” graded phones have at least 80% battery health. This one has 100%! I lucked out. The condition looked about as new as you could get for something renewed. The screen has one very tiny scratch on it, it’s faint, and you’d have to be super OCD to be concerned about it.Also, I was really pleasantly surprised how easy it was to transfer my T Mobile service from my 13 to this new one by DIY. Didn’t have to go in and wait forever in the mobile store to do something I can do easily myself. Asked AI how to do it and it was easier than its actual instructions.So far, the phone works amazing especially after updating it to iOS 26. Very happy with this purchase so far. And hey, there’s an 11 month warranty included so purchase with confidence I would say.

Con Achemex la experiencia fue muy mala: el equipo llegó sucio, rayado, con más de 228 ciclos de batería y la pantalla mal ensamblada; lo devolví de inmediato. En cambio, con Buyspry fue todo lo contrario: el iPhone de 1 TB llegó impecable, sin rayones, batería al 100 %, excelente estética y a mejor precio.Por eso recomiendo que, al dejar reseñas, indiquen siempre con qué vendedor compraron, porque muchos ponen “Excelente” y no aclaran, lo cual confunde a futuros clientes. Si van a comprar aquí, mi recomendación es elegir Buyspry sin dudarlo.

10 de 10 es perfecto, la batería viene al 100% llevo usándolo prácticamente un mes y funciona de maravilla. La estética perfecta sin una sola falla ni mancha ni nada. Llega con cable usb con ambas entradas tipo c lo que me viene genial ya que tengo el cubo original de esa entrada. En la última foto tiene un tipo protector plástico que le intente colocar. Es esim sin problema pude hacer el cambio de mi anterior iPhone a este nuevo, solo busca en redes sociales cómo se hace y es súper fácil. El vendedor es BuySpry
