Had to return; awaiting replacement
Looks like an easy install. Followed instructions on special app for device. Failed to get it to even turn on. Agreed to accept replacement; awaiting delivery of new device.March 3rd: Received the replacement. Installed and worked great, for 5 minutes, then failed!Would not recommend this product.

Nice lights but cheap controller
I’ve had one of these kits connected to my room lighting scheme for a little over a year and the controller module has already failed, rendering the LEDs useless. The LEDs and power supply still work. I bought one more set to verify this. The controller module does not seem to be available separately. This cheaply made, non-replaceable controller is not acceptable. I won’t be buying any more of these.

Easy to Install, but can be problematic
These are easy to setup, but can be very problematic if you change to a New Phone. You need to remember to send yourself an INVITATION to JOIN your light if you are going to change your PHONE.

Don’t purchase used products from Wiz. They send you wrong extensions that don’t work for those who don’t know better.They try to teach you a lesson that it is better to pay full price. Sickening. Now I have to do the return and buy a new one.Last time I’m supporting Wiz. They can’t even check what they resell.I purchased a 2m starter kit. They gave me 2 x 1m non extendable strips.
