Switching to WD over Samsung
So far so good. Upgraded from a 1 TB Samsung NVMe. Worth the money. Downloading games is faster. Booting is much faster. My data was cloned over to this and everything is working. Price to Performance: WD over Samsung.

works fine, 2TB is a good size, kind of wish it wasn’t such a pain to install on the software side but that is mostly a Microsoft problem. really fast, and the design is typical of most SSD’s.

Quality, Quality, Quality Control. WD can do better BUT they are better than many other companies.
Although I have not had this SSD for long it has booted several times. I have had some of these WD Blue drives not boot after the operating system was installed. (To be fare I was 0 for 3 from another SSD manufacturer, while five 256GB WD drives continue to give satisfactory performance.) It is my opinion the product line needs to have better quality control. That said the drives that worked are providing nice performance. If the company could improve the overall quality of the product line I would solely buy their SSD products. Meanwhile I feel anxious each time I boot after installing the OS.

Laptop Upgrade for larger main drive. Works Well
Used for a Laptop upgrade. All you need to do is to place your new drive in a usb enclosure and create a mirror of your existing drive using one of many free available software programs from a drive manufacturer. It will take an evening to get it all together but in the end you will have much more room to store apps and files.

A well priced 1TB SSD that i bought for SGD$76.61. Its paired with my Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX motherboard and there has been no issues. WD delivered well beyond my expectations. Crystaldiskmark and Crystaldisk info did not have any reported issues either. Well update in the future if anything changes.
