How to connect this video doorbell camera to network?
Make sure that the camera has enough battery power before setup.
Keep phone and the camera connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi, *5GHz is not supported.
Put camera 3 feet away from the router.

Is the cloud subscription compulsory? Can I use the doorbell camera on other apps?
No, the cloud service is completely optional. There’s no extra fee for using the camera.
Currently the doorbell camera only works with Wansview Cloud app. Third-party apps, Alexa, Goolge Home devices are not supported.
What should I do if the motion alert function is not working properly?
1.Please check that the Motion Alert function has already been activated.
2.Check that the alert schedule is set correctly.
3.Adjust the motion sensitivity & length of stay & retrigger interval settings.
What should I do if the camera consumes power at a fast rate?
Please open camera app, then go to the settings page to:
1.Adjust the length of stay to extend the time it takes for the camera to start recording motion.
2.Adjust the retrigger interval to reduce detection frequency.
What should I do if the camera won’t hold charge?
Please check that if the power cord and the adapter are working properly.
It’s recommended to replace the power cord and the adapter to check camera’s built-in battery status.

Excellent wireless doorbell
I got this wireless doorbell camera, and it’s been great so far, setup was quick, and the video quality is surprisingly clear both day and night, I really like the instant motion alerts, they pop up right away on my phone, the two way audio works well too, so I can talk to visitors even when I’m not home. Overall, it’s convenient, reliable, and worth it for added home security.

Very useful and affordable doorbell camera
This camera is really good, I like that the setup was easy and I am able to use it with the current app that I have Wansview.The camera angle is wide and I can see from my front door, I wish it was also wider vertically but it’s good enough to see who is approaching the door.The notifications and calling feature works well.I can even listen in when I am not at home just to see what’s going on in the neighborhood.The night vision works perfectly too.One of the only draw backs that I have which might not be a problem is that this still uses USB micro instead of the USB C cables that I have around.Also no local sdcard option. But the cloud connectivity is sold and I do see all the events

My favorite doorbell camera with 2-way talking
I was first impressed by the product packaging being minimal yet protective of the item. The doorbell is extremely easy to recharge, and the battery lasts a long time. I love that the installation was straightforward, easy, and that there are no wires. The doorbell sounds pleasant and is audible. The camera picture is crisply clear and full color. Amazing image! I love the 2-way talk feature of this item the most. Once when my family was away on errands, I stayed behind to clean house then shower; when had gotten out of the shower I heard the doorbell. Instead of sheepishly making my way to the front door in a towel while dripping a trail of water, I grabbed my phone which was in arm’s reach on the sink countertop to see who was at the door by using the camera app. It was someone trying to sell some type of home service. I didn’t need to worry, risk my own embarrassment, or be inconvenienced at all! I did not use the talking feature in this circumstance, but when the Girl Scouts knock my daughter has used the talking feature to ask the Girl Scouts to wait for me to find my glasses. My husband and son have also found the feature to be convenient for them too. My son’s friends will stop by randomly and unannounced so it is nice to know who is at the door at anytime whether we are home or away & know that we can interact with the person at the door. The functionality of this device is appreciated, and the storage is great too.

M1 Camera is worth the money
First off, initial setup is quite easy and the instructions are spot on. Next, the video feed works well during the day and with good clarity during the evening. Voice clarity is clear on both ends. I do enjoy the ability can change the storage capacity by simply exchanging the SD card. The look of the doorbell is funny and makes folks laugh when it lights up, for it seems as if it’s smiling at you. Finally, you can’t deny it’s value for the money, you get what you pay for. All in all, it’s as intended.

Great choice, especially for the price
Clear, pretty consistent picture. Timely alerts for motion. Very easy to set up. Not a huge fan of the Wansview app, only because of the price per month to pay for cloud storage & all that extra stuff; though it is an easy app to use and i already had 2 cameras that used it, so it was convenient. And, it’s still better than having to pay a monthly fee just to use it, like you have to with the blink & other brands. This one works perfectly fine if you don’t pay for the extras, and you can use a SD card instead of paying for cloud storage. The battery life is great so far. It’s been a week and it’s at full charge. No off-line incidents yet, at it’s been through a few rainy and windy days. The sound is pretty clear, and mine goes all the way down a fight of stairs, so it’s a pretty good distance away from the chime and from the wifi box, and no issues with either. I don’t know if it’s just mine, or it doesn’t come with a adhesive to mount the chime, which is a minor inconvenience but still one. I’ll just use command strips. Decent size, not too big and bulky. Attractive design with the lights, looks good outside the door. Overall, it’s a good choice in my opinion, & I’m glad I went with it.

Mediocre at best
I was looking for a front door camera that was pretty well made but not expensive. This one is not expensive and it’s made well enough, but not perfect. The quality of the picture is good, except for the fact that it only picks up the top half of the person, not all the way to the ground. So you won’t be able to see if you have packages left at your door unless you mount. It’s the doorbell cam down very low. Also the battery life is crap! I expected that I would have to charge the thing maybe once or twice a month, but I have to charge it every week. Which may not be terrible to some, but it’s very tedious to me. The sound quality is pretty good, but not perfect. I only gave it 3 stars because ofHow often you have to charge it, And the fact that you can’t see if you have packages. If those things don’t concern you, then this is a pretty good product for you. I’m keeping it but yeah, I will probably shop around and replace it eventually with something better.Update:After posting my review, the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund on the product. And apologized for any inconvenience to me. I really appreciate that they contacted me and seem to be very concerned that their product did not perform properly. This speaks a lot to their customer service and the fact that they seem to care about their reputation. They promised to look into my concerns about their product. And promised to work towards making the product better. I definitely would recommend this seller.

Camera is fine but the battery life seems terrible. Having to charge it once a week and only had it about 4 months, already turned down all the sensitivity to try to help battery life.
