Great keyless entry locks for money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for something reasonably priced because I needed to get four locks.Ease of installation:Installation is easyFunctionality:The app is nice because I can lock and unlock my house remotely. I can give people access if I’m not aroundEase of use:The only thing that I’ve had issues with is the fingerprint scan. I’ve had to re-scan a few times. Sometimes it takes three times to open the door with your fingerprint.

Great Lock, Great Customer Support
Six months after installation, the lock is working perfectly, with dependable fingerprint recognition. It’s very versatile with options for using numeric codes, using a card that’s read, and even an old fashioned key. There is also the ability to operate remotely with a separately available smart plug that serves as a WiFi connected gateway. A smartphone app allows remote operation/access, notifications, and the ability to customize the lock by adding fingerprints and codes.And after 6 months, I was surprised to get a phone call from Isabella at Veise customer service. I suspected it was a scam call, or at best a solicitation for buying more products. To my surprise the call was not only legit (I searched the number), but I wasn’t being asked to buy anything, it was just the company reaching out to see if I was having any issues with the product. The agent was very pleasant and professional. That’s a lot of lock and especially support for the price!

Batteries Constantly Died and Broke in Three Months
This keypad door lock with handle was fairly easy to install, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. We had to replace the batteries almost every week just to keep it working. After three months it stopped working altogether. The keypad became hard to use and wouldn’t respond when we pressed the buttons. Pretty disappointed with this purchase.I can not even attach the photos to show.

Trouble with child fingerprints, but amazing customer service.
Update: I’m upgrading to 4 stars solely because customer service has been absolutely fantastic since leaving my original review. It has been decided that the lock likely will not work reliably for my 7 year old because kid fingerprints are lighter and harder to detect. I received a refund and am satisfied with the result. I guess I need to wait a few years before my younger son can use a biometric lock!Original: I like how it looks, but it’s been unreliable for me, and my kids (aged 7 and 10) have a hard time getting the fingerprint to work. It almost never works for my 7-year-old. I’ve done the factory reset, re-scanned the fingerprints multiple times, and then customer service told me that sometimes it’ll have problems with kid fingerprints, which was the whole reason I bought this lock.Installation was pretty simple, but I’m just disappointed with my kids not being able to reliably use the fingerprint feature.

I am very satisfied with both the VO019 Lock, the ease of installation, and the accuracy of the instructions for the installation. It is working great and it does exactly what expected from the description of the product. Furthermore the follow up call from the company to make sure that everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the product was certainly a plus. Now I am considering the possibility to acquire a second lock for the back door as well!!

Excellent Customer service
While this doorknob did not work out for us. Aaron from Veise customer service went above and beyond to help me resolve this. The original Lever did not fit properly on my door due to compatibility causing a safety concern and Aaron refunded my account so that I could order a replacement quickly. He then called back a couple days later to check the status of my replacement and make sure my issues were resolved and my refund was credited to my account. Thank you Aaron for all your help!
