This is an AMAZING lock!
This smart lock is amazing! First, it took under 30 minutes to install and set up the wi-fi and finger print sensor. I have used other smart locks from the big brands but they don’t compare to the functionality this lock offers. For starters, the user-friendly app maintains a log every time the lock is initialized. For added security, I embedded the Ultraloq door sensor into the frame and love that it automatically locks when the door is closed. The fingerprint recognition works most of the time and probably as well as my phone reader. I coupled the U-Bolt Pro with their pull handle and now I have the perfect security solution. Customer service is exceptional! They quickly helped trouble shoot an issue and they even sent a replacement keypad. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Easy to install and use.
Came quickly, easy to install, works as advertised, lock and handle look and feel like a good quality. Finger print works great. You can put multiple codes in the lock and give them names. When someone uses the lock the app shows who came in. We put this on our vacation condo so we have only used it for a week but it worked great.

Great lock, even better customer service
I originally bought the Ultra Lock UBolt Pro before going on vacation. After just one week of use, the battery was already dead. I contacted their support team and they walked me through several troubleshooting steps to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the battery drain continued, but they didn’t hesitate to send me a replacement unit.Since receiving the new unit, I’ve had no battery issues at all. Their customer service is truly top notch—fast, friendly, and willing to stand behind their product.I love the ability to schedule entry times and set unique codes for different people. The only minor downside is that the fingerprint scanner can be a bit finicky at times, but overall, this lock works great and gives me peace of mind.Would definitely recommend, especially knowing the company stands behind their product.

Best Customer Service ever and a fantastic product.
I initially had issues with the batch that Amazon was selling. So, I contacted UltraLoq and they were amazing. They were super patient with me and my issues. They are still being patient with me. The issue has long been resolved thanks to their amazing support, and I still need to return the faulty unit. And that has been some time now. I have been terrible at returning and they have been politely reminding me. The product is solid; the build quality is top notch it is strong and sturdy. I love where the hidden key compartment is. Fingerprint works fine but the Wireless unlocking has not worked. This may be my network security preventing it more than the device itself. All in all, this has been a great product with great service and amazing people. If for no other reason I would go with them for their customer service, compassion and caring for their customers.

Good lock, excellent customer service.
The lock quality is impressive and very sturdy. Installation was easy and fairly quick. App setup was also very easy and worked as expected. I am fairly impressed that the door sensor worked through about 2 to 2.5 inches of door frame. I did initially have issues joining the lock to my TP-Link Deco mesh network, and had to configure my network for 2.4GHz only to get it to connect. Once connected I was able to swap back to Dual band. I also did have issues with the lock staying connected and it would drop off randomly. I placed a customer service ticket and my lock was updated to a new firmware remotely by their tech department which has since solved the issue. I would definitely recommend and purchase another if the style matched my front door. 🙂

We’ve been looking at reviews of smart locks for the past several weeks for our short term rental property. Although this lock wasn’t on my initial list, I decided to look at more because it had all the features we wanted including a back-up key to open the door in the event batteries failed or the lock malfunctioned. I was a little concerned about connecting this to our wifi since I had read that other people had issues getting it set up properly. The installation couldn’t have been easier. The only item I couldn’t install was the dead bolt detector because our door frame is too thick. However, the lock works great and the app is very easy to use. We’re very pleased with this purchase.

Stopped working after 2 weeks
I bought 2 of these. Both showed not connected to wifi when i tried setting up. But both were responding over internet. However, in the app they continue to say Wi-Fi disconnected. That wasn’t the biggest issue – because it was continuing to work for about 2 weeks then the one lock just totally stopped responding via Wi-Fi if. I turned my Bluetooth off it wouldn’t respond at all. It stopped auto locking, the green unlock light stopped. Only manual and blue tooth locking is working. I called tech support for the company. They got they got the other door showing as wifi connected, but the 2nd one wouldn’t . I asked for updat in the ticket.. they asked me to reiterate the issue with videos. So I sent videos and it’s been 3 days and I’ve yet to get any kind of response for them. So I have a lock that doesn’t work through Wi-Fi it doesn’t auto lock and it doesn’t have the light showing on it and I’m past my Amazon return date. I’m not impressed with this.

Move on, terrible product. They constantly lose communication with wifi and Bluetooth. Auto unlock has yet to work. Everyday I have to manually relink with the wifi server and Bluetooth. Autolock doesn’t lock until I’m server blocks away, minimum distant for auto lock is 300 meters which is a few city blocks, that is very poor security. The product seems to be solid and well made but the automation settings are very poorly thought out and rarely work. They are extremely expensive manual deadbolts. Customer service was of no help at all.
