Terrible customer service from Turtle Beach and Amazon. 2 defective units in a week. No support. Turtle beach only does email tech support so there’s a 24 hour delay between messages (outsourcing to India) and they were absolutely no help.

Possibly the Best Entry Level Racing SIM Wheel
I bought this wheel for my teenage son who recently show great interest in driving game. I don’t want to spend big, just a proper steering wheel to replace game controller to see how he could progress. The product arrives on time, thanks to Amazon, and building quality is absolutely top class. My son loves it and play it everyday. The set up is straightforward easy and handle is smooth and great, most important, it is wireless which is very rare to get at this price level. Yes, no way it can not compare with those 500+ big bucks gears with metal pedals, strong force feedback, fancy screen etc, but for a beginner racer, this is PERFECT!!!

Works perfectly on NASCAR 25 but does have a very high dead zone when using it in controller mode on GTA, would be great to see and update for dead zone on controller mode

Wireless Wheel is pretty good as long as you’re close enough for a cord.
It is responsive and handles pretty good. It meets my needs, as long as I am around 10 feet from my console. As with another controller of mine that is Turtle Beach, it feels good, but has connectivity issues. I guess it’s a design flaw that can’t or won’t be fixed.

Excellent Entry Level Racing Wheel
I have always wanted to pair a racing wheel with my XBOX, after 15 years, I’ve finally done it. Not sure why I waited so long….actually I really wanted a wireless unit so maybe the wait was worth it. The setup is painless, only takes a few minutes. This system does not have any pedals, which I knew about before I ordered it, so no big deal. For a starter system though, most people won’t want all the bells and whistles anyway. I have 3 small children and this has made driving games more accessible to them….that in itself makes it worth it.From a performance perspective, since this is the only once I’ve owned I can’t really compare it to any others. What I can tell you, however, is that I love that this is wireless. Maybe if my son really gets into driving games down the road (no pun intended) we can look at a more elaborate system then. For now….this is exactly what I was hoping for….very pleased with this product.
