Great choice
The OBD product plugged in and works perfectly. It was CCD easy to set up and tracks the car quickly . I set it on performance and get updates every few seconds on location, etc. Danny in customer service is quick to respond and altogether I am delighted with the package. Previously I was using a product called Kayo which was just OK and more expensive. I highly recommend HAPN

Not what I wanted
Would of been nice to know you have to pay $120.00 to activate and than pay $8.99 a month. I’m not looking to spend money like that. I want something free.

Ok before my lack of knowledge had me write a bad review my fault it is a ok app its a litle off sometimes but so is the last 4 gps tracker ive had so …..its definitely worth the money

Great product for the price
Working great. Very easy installation and set up. Only thing that is off is the time when vehicle stops. Example could sit all night and shows been there for 1 hour or something similar. That doesn’t bother me for what I use it for but want to be honest

Accurate plug-in ready tracker
Extremely happy with the product. Customer support was exceptional. Jacob G was very patient and helpful with questions and helping me step by step of the way to set up my GPS tracker for my daughters’ car, which gives me piece of mind for security reasons. I like that this GPS tracker is plug in ready and doesn’t need to be charged. It is very accurate and stays hidden out of the way because it is small in size.

Exceptional Customer Support!
I have been using this product for several weeks as a precautionary device for my mother who is in the early stages of Dementia. It tracks her location in the vehicle very well and never needs charging. Danny with customer service reached out to me on several occasions by email and phone to make sure everything was working correctly. This level of customer service from a Amazon purchase was shocking! Could not recommend this product more!
