Totally worth it!
This is my first robot vacuum, and I have to say I am impressed. The biggest offender in my house is dog hair, it is everywhere. Since I purchased the robo vac and mop combo my floors have been so much cleaner, and way less of a source of irritation. I have one dog and seriously she sheds like 10. The machine is not designed to be the sole floor cleaner, it is more of a maintenance item. It has great suction power, and the mop works great. You can adjust the speed and the water amount it drops for the mop through either the remote control or the app. It is a wee bit noisy, but it is a vacuum so I did not expect it to be silent. The biggest source of noise is it banging around occasionally when it gets in tight spots. Its a sturdy little thing though as it takes its bumps like a champ and never really errors out on anything unless it gets really stuck. Also, it kind of gets lost going home if it is too far away from the charger so find a centrally located area to place the docking station. For a first time (beginner) buy, I would say totally worth it.

Small but mighty
Took me a while to figure out how to pair it to the app and Alexa. The instructions in the pamphlet don’t give you anything to go off of so you have to go online.**Hold the charge button and the power button will start blinking quickly to pair it to the WiFi.Overall it’s a good little vacuum for the price! Really surprised with how smooth it is and the suction on the vacuum is pretty strong. The water canister is a little small. Not sure how someone would be able to mop their house with this. I’m currently in a 1BR apartment and it used up all the water pretty quickly. However, I do like that you can turn the water off on the app so it just vacuums. The pick up capacity is kind of small too but I mostly need it to just pick up pet hair in between my weekend cleaning days so that doesn’t bother me much. Overall great for light cleaning.

Wonderful vacuum, tidied up the house
I have a messy house with dogs and toddlers so I needed something that could handle chaos without needing a ton of babysitting. This robot vacuum has been surprisingly reliable and it never gets tangled up in pet hair like my old one used to. I don’t have to constantly clean out a brush roll and it easily picks up crumbs, fur and dirt. The mopping feature really helps with the sticky patches my kids leave behind and the 2-in-1 design means I don’t need a separate mop. I use the app to schedule midday cleanups and it quietly gets to work without disrupting nap time or playtime. Voice control makes it even easier when my hands are full.It always finds its way back to the charging dock and the battery life covers most of our main living areas. For the price and how much less I have to sweep and mop I am very happy with it.

Charging contact rusted after 1 week
Initially I really liked this vacuum. Initially I liked the mop part of it, but it becomes a little kitschy and doesn’t really work well. The vacuum part was great, although you did have to clean it out a lot or we did. However, after only one week of having it one of the contacts for charging rusted. Have no idea why it did this, we did not keep water around, nor abused it any way.

Good but has notable limitations
So I just got this and I’ve run it exactly once but I do notice some major features missing for the price. It’s virtually the same item as the Eureka brand without the floor mapping features, the docking station, the object dodging, or the mop feature using hot water. For nearly the same price, you’re trading down a lot of features. I got this on a flash sale at $168 but the retail is $569, just as expensive as brands with better features or close enough to be a factor. I would have gotten a different brand had i realized this. I think people should weigh carefully what features are most important to them as they weigh their money.Seems to vacuum pretty well except for the fact that it doesn’t map an area. The mop just seems to spit out room temperature water, not impressive to me.I would have gotten something else if I had understood these limitations better.

Will never get the job done
I’ve had the robot on for less than an hour and it’s gotten stuck and turned off 3x. Once on a low pile rug, other two times was bumping into the corner of the island cabinets and getting stuck.

Easy to use
Works great. Not as loud as I expected. Only negative, dust bin is small, so with two dogs, it needs emptying often.
