Excellent Customer Support, Great Radios.
REVIEW EDIT: My original review was 3 stars due to 1 of the 6 radios having a constant ‘hum’ and ‘static’ on every channel. I originally contacted Amazon to have one radio replaced but they wanted me to send all 6 back which seemed silly. While going back and forth with Amazon the seller contacted me directly and offered to replace the defective radio with TWO RADIOS! I received the replacements radios and they work as intended. **THIS IS ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE** These are robust units built to last and rugged. They have a low power mode that can only be used in close range but the full power mode can transmit signals from quite a distance. I never measured it but it’s plenty long for a ‘walkie talkie’ type radio. There are plenty of channels to choose from and it also has built-in NOAA Weather Broadcasts. The battery charge is very long lasting. I’m getting 2 days easily. They are GMRS capable but I didn’t need that feature although it’s nice if you do. These are great job site or event radios. Each radio ships with a charging cradle, USB C cable/charger, belt clip and a wrist teather. Updated my review from 3 stars to 5 stars due to excellent customer support from the seller. Seller deserves a 5 STAR RATING for superior customer service.

decently solid radios, with a tiny quirk
First of all the build quality of these radios seems to be solid, they are compact but very solid feeling. They have Push to talk buttons on the side and front, which is convenient if you’re wearing gloves on the worksite. The radios are easy to put into the charger as it has little guide rails on each side of the charge port, and a light that indicates that it is plugged in. I like that the antennas are removable for compact storage if necessary, and the belt clips don’t come attached, but are included if you want to use them. The one quirk that i took a star off for was the fact that no matter how long i left the radios on the charger, they would turn green sometimes to indicate a full charge, but then turn red again a few seconds later and stay that way for hours at a time. All 6 radios seemed to cycle that way, which feels like something is up. They seem to hold a charge well, but if they are constantly showing as charged and then not fully charged, i have concerns with long term longevity, but for now i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. The range seems to be decent, i’ve not really pushed it further than a single jobsite, but for those purposes it seems to work great.

Decided to upgrade to more durable radios, this was not the case. Button and antennas fall off, talk button get stuck on and generally do not hold up. The non waterproof version bang for the money.

Nice ready to go family pack of GMRS HTs
These HTs are robust units for GMRS use. They look and function like the RB48Pro with a few key differences. These are restricted to GMRS frequencies only and the factory software will only allow some radio settings and CTCS/DCS to be changed. No frequency changes can be done with the factory software (CHIRP is not supported) so you are limited to only GMRS frequencies and the channel order it comes with. The GMRS simplex and repeater channels are preprogrammed. They are also lower powered (.5W/5W) and slightly smaller. Unlike the Pro version, these seem to be FCC Part 95 approved. They both use the same programming cable though and both can be charged through the drop in charger or a usb c cable. The body appears to be a durable shock resistant plastic. The TX and RX audio are good. Channel settings (CTCS etc.) can be done from the front panel ‘MENU’ button or the software. You must use RBPlus software as RB48Pro will not work with the radio. The six gang drop in charger is a nice unit and allows you to keep your radios in one place for charging. You can still use a usb c cable if you need to charge away from the gang charger. The dual PTT switches are allow flexibility. The large front panel PTT switch is good when you have gloves on. The battery is not easily replaceable, so you are out of service when charging. Retevis says these are water proof to 1m, but I’m not going to dunk mine to prove. I can easily believe that they are highly water/snow resistant. If you need a family sized pack of ready to go rugged GMRS handhelds, this may be for you.
