Showed up quick and setup was easy with Procolored support
Well I’ve been waiting to get into dtf and I’m glad I did this bundle is perfect. I like to do research before any big purchase and like the printer appearance and functionality works great setup was my error and part malware security from McAfee so make sure to check that if you have connection issues before contacting Procolored support like I did.But that’s OK they help with support via a link which you have to allow access to your computer and complete the setup remotely. Now on to the printer it does work great and accurate colors the self ink cycle and self cleaning helps you just gotta do the manual stuff which is simple using solution to wipe printercomponents down. The smokeless oven does it job you just have let it do it’s thing by warming up and setting temp and timer properly once ready, add your ready to cook film and almost 2 minutes later the fan kicks on sucks up the fumes and once they stop running and it sounds the ⏰️ open the lid or pull the drawer and it’s ready to press.I hope this printer doesn’t give me issues like I’ve read but it’s a new model for entry-level and I’m happy with this purchase so far. Fast shipping, great customer service great experience 👍

yo tuve un problema con 2 luces que parpadeaban y los de procolored suporte tecnico me ayudaron especialmente un ingeniero llamado Ethan muy satisfecho con el servicio, el ingeniero Ethan me ayudo mucho y me gusto que es muy paciente ya que yo no soy muy experto en la tegnologia, y el esta muy preparado y muy capacitado.muy satisfecho gracias porque algo que para mi era un imposible el ingeniero Ethan lo hiso muy facil. yo les recomiendo que si llegan a tener un problema con su impresora contacten lo mas pronto posible a soporte tecnico, ellos los atenderan con mucho gusto.

first DTF printer, now I want another one!
it has been a learning curve and have hit a couple of roadblocks since day 2 of owning my DTF printer but customer service has been excellent and extremely responsive. I am new NEW to DTF printing and honestly it was more of a plug and play. but of course, everything has its learning curves and have had help along the way, and the patience of customer service is above a 5 start in my opinion. Do plan on getting another one once I learn my ins and outs of the printer. highly recommend.

Buyer Beware!!! Read this before purchasing.
I run a small printing shop and I wanted to test out their new printer to improve our production. But since receiving it, I spent more time with technical support to get the printer working. At the end they determined that the printhead is clogged and the pump is malfunctioning. The printhead is under warranty but the pump is not, hence, I have to pay $60 for something that broke down within a month. The free printhead offer for the printer is deceptive: Only the tech support team can determine whether you’ll get a printhead, after hours of troubleshooting sessions with multiple techs. Finally, they don’t install the printheads for you: You’ll have to do it yourself. Finally I suspected my unit was a used unit because the test print-out showed 9000+ documents had been printed with that printer. Which customer support said was part of the automated testing; regardless 9000+ documents is a lot of wear and tear on a new printer. When customer support sent me the notice for the printheads, they put in the wrong Order Number and a purchase date that was a month before I bought the unit, which leads me to believe that they sold me a used unit.

I am new to owning a DTF printer. I have had a few issues but only because i am unfamiliar with the product. what i will say is the support staff for procolored is amazing. they all have been VERY helpful, quick to respond and always professional. I am very happy with my order and the support team!

AWESOME BUNDLE PACKAGE FROM PROCOLORED!
I order the K13 Lite Printer, oven, and heat press combo about a month ago and received the entire package within a few days. I”ve never dabbled in DTF but did my research for about a month and decided on Procolored and the package I bought. From taking it out of the box to printing my first t-shirt has been very easy. I needed some help and their online customer service response was within 5 minutes with a live chat and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes total! I highly recommend to anyone starting out or experienced!

Absolutely love!! Setup was easy. Tech support was a phone call or qr code scan away. Printing app was easy to use and the colors came out amazing. Shipping was on time and printer was secured in the box it came in! Would definitely recommend.
