Can my phone still be magnetically charged normally with a case on it?
Only magnetic phone cases can be used for wireless magnetic charging, and the thickness of the phone case cannot exceed 2MM. It’s NOT compatible with non-magnetic cases, such as the OtterBox Defender case.
Is it normal for the battery to heat up when charging?
When the portable charger is charging or discharging, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal occurrence.
Is any power adapter able to charge the magsafe power bank?
Use an adapter with a U.S. safety certification mark that meets the following specifications:
* Power: Not less than 10W
* Voltage: 5V to 12V (5V and 12V inclusive)

An easy decision
I was new to the “Magsafe” line of products. They are quite clever in how they attach magnetically to the phone. Wirelessly charging the device without the hassle of the old cables running between the phones and the chargers. This battery pack does its job nicely. It’s affordable, goes on sale regularly, and is nice and compact. Definitely a must have for travel and work. I’d buy one again without hesitation.

Great, Affordable Magsafe Portable Charger
I love this little magsafe portable charger! It fits in my pocket and in any bag easily with it’s size for on the go use. It charges my iPhone 14 in about 2-3 hours, which is pretty fast for how small this charger is in my opinion. It charges to full capacity in I think just as long, if not maybe about an hour longer? It is pretty sturdy and I feel like it should last me a while. If you have a case on your phone, make sure it has a magsafe strip as this is a magsafe charger. It does have a usb-c port so you could hook up a cord theoretically, though I haven’t tried that since my phone case has a magsafe strip to make it compatible with this awesome charger. It also has a lightning port, though I’m not sure why you’d want to plug in a lighting to the charging battery pack. This charger works great and I recommend it for anyone looking for a compact magsafe charger for on the go use.

When my first one had a small defect, the company immediately sent me a replacement with no hassle at all. The new one has been flawless. A must for a Type A traveler
Great travel companions! I was in charge of directions on my last family vacation, so portable chargers were a must. I bought 2 and they got me through each long day. Very satisfied for the price.Heat:They never felt dangerously warm to me, except for one day where my phone slipped down to 16%, so the charger was working harder. But even still, it never died that day.Charge:I would say it can give you about 50%, but it all depends on phone use obviously. If I was using my camera a lot or a GPS or data to message people, the charger might just keep the phone alive, but you won’t see the battery rise that much. But if you charge it while at dinner or at a show not in use, it gives you a decent charge. I did occasionally have to check that it was still charging/in the right spot, but that was mainly if I was holding my phone a lot or if it got moved in a bag or pocket.I can’t speak much to how fast it charges itself, because I always had it plugged into a travel adapter with 3 people’s worth of devices. That being said, I always had time to charge both before we left for the day!Size:Not uncomfortable to hold, and fits great even in small bags and even with 2 of them. It also fit perfectly in my cord organizer.I have a Samsung S22 with a MagSafe case. It sits on the lip of the camera outline, but that did not affect the magnetic hold or the charging.Color:I got the pink and the green, which had just become available after a few days of looking at options. They’re both really cute, but the green is definitely more of a seafoam green/Tiffany/aqua blue, as opposed to the key lime green pictured above, so there goes my Cosmo and Wanda joke lol. I’m thinking of putting stickers on the logo now that I know I’m keeping them 🙂 they got a little dirty (hardly noticeable) but I have a feeling it would come off with a lysol wipe or magic eraser.

Bought this for my iPhone 14pro. The battery life in my phone isn’t what it used to be and I was considering a new phone. This mag-safe power bank saved me from the immediate big expense of a new phone. It charges quickly and fully charges my phone. The magnetic connection is strong and stays in place. Total game changer, no more cords or trying to find a plug (like in an airport, etc). Why buy your kids a new phone this Christmas when all they really need is one of these!
