The console arrived in excellent condition—very clean and with no visible marks. Even though it’s renewed, it works as if it were brand-new: it’s quiet, fast, and runs all games without any issues. The 1TB storage is perfect for keeping several titles installed without worrying about space. An excellent option if you want a PS4 at a good price with great performance.

Sub par second generation controller 😒
I hate to be like this but I bought this for my son’s birthday, the ps4 works fine but the controller was a second generation controller and would not work so I ended up having to go buy another controller for $50.00. Because I didn’t want to have to return the whole thing after I got my kids hopes up. The guy at the game store had to look up the serial number on the controller just to find that it was a sub par controller. I understand that it was a refurbished product but come on Amazon……. not happy

I am from Nicaragua, this product was impecable, It looked like a brand new one, and the console does not make high fan sound. I was so satisfied with my controller, It was practically new, no scratches or anything, and It had it’s plastic protections like a new one, and all cables were included and the charging cable for the controller, It was not original, but still charged like a normal one, the good thing is that cable is like 2 meters large so is nice. If you are thinking to buy this product is great. If you have questions the seller anwers fast.

Perfect purchase! My 10 year old ps4’s hard drive but the dust so I came to Amazon to check prices for a new ps4, as I wasn’t interested in a ps5. Found this renewed slim model, purchased it and the extended service plan just in case. I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect it is! It really is like new! It’s 1 tb hard drive size plus I have my own 2 tb external hard drive so I’ve got plenty of space for my 700 games. Yes, I’m a huge gamer. Shipping was fast and I’m very pleased with my purchase! If I have any issues with it, I’ll update my review but I do not anticipate that happening. Love it!
