Wonderful quality. Bright and fun for a teenagers room.
Easy to use, the lights are bright and colorful, which was more than enough to use in my son’s large bedroom. Has different modes, such as blinking and switching between colors that are easily changed with the remote. The adhesive is great, and I feel like it will last a while.

Awesome So Far
I just got mine so I’m going to update this review if something changes.Right now I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase. The lights were super easy to install, minus getting the piece of paper of the double sided sticky. Oh my god was that a pain 😂.Before you purchase the 100 foot know that it will come in two separate 50 foot strands that will be split at the box in which they plug in. I do not think you can actually combined them together for 100 feet. Honestly the 100 feet was overkill for my standard apartment ( there are 300 million apartments in America that are designed just like mine lol). I mean I liked how much Overkill it was, but I wasn’t expecting so much.The lumens are good. You can get pretty dark with these and crank the lights pretty high. If I were to guess in lumens, probably between 800-1000 for the brightest. Maybe not even that bright, but definitely adequate.The colors themselves are very vibrant. The only thing I didn’t like is there’s no way to send like a color changing signal going down the strand, but that could be a DYI.The different settings really makes this cool. You can set it to music mode, or make your own mode. It comes with a controller, or you can use the QR code on the splitter box to get the app. App is alright I guess. Could be much better. But you can set a timer on the app.The one thing that these have going for them too us how easy it is to bend the tape. That make doing corners a lot easier.Overall so far, it’s a good set of lights. We’ll see how long they last now. If they last at least a year or two, I’ll be really satisfied then.

It came with 2 rolls! More than enough to over the perimeter of my daughter’s room! Came with all the parts. Works well.After a few maths parts of it seems like some of the lights stopped working. You don’t get the true colour in some parts.

Addressing all of the items of concern I read prior to purchasing as many of the comments are simply wrong.I purchased the 100′ kit, which is really 2 strips of 50′. You can run each strip of 50′ from an AC outlet through a small transformer, this sends power through the 2 strips via low voltage. The transformer gets warm, but NOT hot and is NOT a fire risk. The LEDs are by design extremely efficient and do not heat up at all. These are very safe for kids. You can stick them to a mattress, risk of fire is comical.Adhesion: The glue used can peel off the back of the strips if you want. Its similar to a rubber gel you might see holding a gift card to its paper holder. It might damage poorly painted surfaces but I had to move some attached strips mid install and was able to remove without damaging the wall. It is definitely (110%) strong enough to secure the strips. They are not falling off the wall, period. If your wall has 7 coats of paint on it, you might pull some off removing them, but I doubt it.LED space and sizing for cutting: The LEDs are spaced 2 1/4″ apart on the strips. If you wish to cut the strips, you have to cut on the gold terminals. The gold terminals are spaced 6 1/2″ then 13″ alternating/repeating through the strips. This is important as if you do not plan properly and intent on turning a corner, if your run falls in the middle of a 13″ section, you are either 6″ too long or too short. Plan carefully and only cut the strips on the gold sections. Do NOT cut on the silver soldered portions, or without the connectors clips, these are cheap and sold separately.Connecting strips: The transformer is designed for 50′ per connection, and you have 2 connections thus power for 100′ split. Do NOT connect both 50′ strips end to end, 100′ total, and connect to a single spot on the transformer, you will overload the transformer and burn it out.The LEDs are ok quality. They are reasonably bright and the White has a slightly blue tint, but overall no complaints, my 8 yr old was thrilled.Music sync: There is a microphone built into the control box. You can switch the sync mode with the remote. This is plug and play and works as advertised, easy mode for an 8 yr old.Remote: Has like 30 buttons and is easy to use, if not overkill. Perfect for a kid.App: I have not installed the app but honestly, the remote seems sufficient for my daughter who is having a ball without it.These are perfect for a kid’s room, definitely worth the cost all things being equal. I wish the strips could be cut every 2-3 inches to make install easier… but for this price point it’s hard to complain.Hope this was helpful, GL.

All of the LED lights have lovely colors and are quite clear. Overall, I really like that the strap is not falling and it is not tearing the wall out, but I couldn’t really figure out how to join the two straps and make my own shades.

I gave these led lights three stars. They would have been a breeze to install but for one reason. The strips were made up of many short pieces soldered together. The strips need to be cut in order to fit them around the corners of the room. Unfortunately the cuts were necessary right on these soldered joints were which made it impossible to install the supplied connectors. I had to order some more different style connectors and finished the install a few days later. Everything worked fine.Then the fun started. These led strips are controlled by an IR remote or by an app. When the lights are on the TV’s remote control volume up or down makes them flash, and the mute button changes the colors. Go figure. Only way to use the lights is to seal of the IR receiver with aluminum foil and control them solely by using the app, rendering the supplied remote completely useless. Maybe this was just a fluke because on make my electronic equipment but it was very annoying.I contacted the seller by email and complained. To my complete surprise they apologized and simply just refunded me fully for the purchase. For that I give them 5 Stars

There good and easy to put up. I’ve had them for awhile(over a year). The leds are a different colour towards the end and over time it got worse, it’s not too bad, but they lost around 7% of there brightness & the “white” has a bit of a ugly green/yellow tint now. Most likely because I leave them on all day almost everyday and don’t turn them off at night, pro tip don’t do that

Looks and works great and even has great adhesive my only complains would be he the fact that it dosent come with LED links to link more bars and it only comes with 2 L shape connectors so it was a little difficult to make it go around my bed as shown and it comes with a quite disgusting and potent smell of burned plastic i had to ventilate it outside, the smell was so strong i think it just might be toxic
