Nice visual experience
The screen is honestly very clear, everything looks super sharp and the colors are great for watching shows. A huge plus is that it comes with a whole year of Microsoft 365 for free, which is awesome for writing, spreadsheets, and all that stuff. I just received this laptop yesterday and am very pleasantly surprised. It was packaged nicely and the setup was very simple. So far the performance is excellent. I upgraded from a 10 yr old laptop that I absolutely loved. My new one seems to complete nicely with my old one. I’m very hopeful it will give me another good 10 years.

Poor WiFi and Bluetooth
Laptop is fine other than the WiFi and Bluetooth. I was getting a very low WiFi signal compared to other devices in the same spot and the Bluetooth was not functioning. It wouldn’t stay connected even right next to the device. I think a very cheap WiFi card was used in this laptop.
