Its exactly what I was looking for
The usb c port failed so I purchased this item so I am able to use my docking station. The price was a bit steep but wanted to give it a try. The item get hot to the touch so I have to unplug item and let it cool down. Its easy to use and works out great for what I needed it for. The item does not charge my laptop.

Only worked with PC
Does not go from HDMI to usb-c as described for most devices. I could only get it to work with a pc out, but nintendo mini, blue ray player, and hdmi converters on original Sega Genesis and N64 all failed.

Works, but not for my needs – Does NOT work with XREAL One glassesAfter much troubleshooting and playing with settings, I got a different brand(fairikabe) of adapter recommended by another XREAL One owner that worked out of the box with the XREAL Ones glasses specifically

It allows a Looking Glass Go to connect to a desktop computer with HDMI
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a Looking Glass Go. I use it to demo holography to users working with 3D scans. The LGG only has one working USB-C port, which is used for both display signal and power. Although it works well with a laptop computer, I ran into a problem when I wanted to connect it to a desktop computer with only HDMI outputs. I think a specific HDMI to USB-C adapter is needed. The adapter also needs to provide power to LGG. This adapter says it can provide 5W (5Vx1A) max. Using a USB-A port on a desktop computer can power the LGG no problem.

Doesn’t work flawlessly. Multiple disconnects with my rayneo 3s pros and often moments of a “digital snow” type visual noise. Overall it works though (connected to PS5)

This device works great for using my XR glasses (RayNeo Air 3S) with my PS5! I like that I can have the PS5 output to the glasses so that the TV is free for anyone else in the home to use!
