Classic Design
I will say that this brand, and chair/style still hold up in 2025.I prefer this one because it has a nice foot rest attachment, and because of the style of the armrests.I’m glad they didn’t add the vibrating pillow cushions on this one, because they barely did anything so I never used them. That and the extra random cords annoyed me.Speaking of the armrests, I wish it had some more adjustment options. They can pivot like 5-10 degrees in either direction, and vertically like 4 notches.I am forever 5’3″, and I’d prefer if I could’ve adjusted the armrest to be a bit closer to my body. There’s like a good inch and a half of space from the armrest to the chair. It would be completely do-able.And because I’m short, I often sit at the front of chairs; when I sit at the back of most chairs my feet are not usually flat on the ground and that bothers me. So I would like to be able to position the armrests more forwards as well so I could actually use them. I reckon this is fairly do-able as well. Heck they could even make it a seperate product for people like me to buy. I think there would be a niche market for people looking to mod their gaming chair.

Amazing customer support from manufacturer
My gas cylinder went out after a few months most would think that would be reason to give a bad review however I reached out to the manufacturer and they had a new one sent to me via ups after just a few questions.Got the cylinder and could not remove it from the mechanism.Reach out again and they sent me a new mechanism too.Outstanding customer service and they were prompt.Over all though the chair is quite nice and find it very comfortable and would definitely recommend it

Comfortable gaming chair, easy to assemble
For the price, this chair is great! I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but so far it is holding up well and is more comfortable than the traditional office chair. Cushions are solid yet comfortable. The lumbar support pillow is great! I wish the head support pillow was Velcro instead of a strap; it would be easier to keep at the right position. The most amazing part of the chair is how EASY it was to put together. I took me an hour simply because I am slow at assembling things. However, the directions were concise yet understandable. It came with all the tools necessary – your hands and a single sized allen wrench!

Sturdy but not as comfy as it looks
Super easy to build as it only took me about 30 minutes. I didn’t bother with the included tool and just used my own. It’s a very sturdy chair and well built but it’s not overly comfortable. I previously purchased the Synorla “Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair” for my painting room and it is about the same price. I found that chair to be more comfortable and just as sturdy as this chair. I’d recommend waiting for this one to have be on a good sale but it’s still a good chair.

Perfect for tweens bedroom
I purchased this for my 11 year old son and he loves it! He decided to take off the top head rest cushion since he’s shorter, it would push his head forward and gave him a headache but luckily the chair makes it very easy to remove and he can choose to put it back on as he gets taller. He has been using it nearly every day for almost 4 months and is holding up well so far.

Super uncomfortable
You get what you pay for!it is very uncomfortable and unforgiving. The armrest are meant to turn inward and outward. i’m not sure exactly why, but they are very loose. If you touch them, they will adjust.it did arrive slightly damaged and I don’t have much hope for the seams.I could not spend much time sitting in this chair.

Excellent Customer Service
This review is for their customer service. I bought a gaming chair from them and after putting it together, the seat cushion felt kind of wiggly and even made a squeaky sound whenever I moved, so I reached out to them by email. There was a bit of back and forth while they walked me through some troubleshooting. In the end, it turned out the problem was on my side. I hadn’t fully secured the two center screws, as the instruction sheet made it a little tricky to figure out where they were.The whole troubleshooting process took about 7 business days. Throughout it all, they were super sincere and kept reassuring me that they’d do everything they could to help, but also made it clear they’d respect my decision if I felt it was too much hassle and wanted to return the chair. I really appreciated their politeness and willingness to help.My only wish is that the process had been a little quicker—sometimes I had to wait an extra day for a reply. But overall, their customer service is still top-notch!
