Unconventional use of Govee TV Backlights…but it works!
I purchased this backlight strip out of frustration from lights that went out on my wreath. I thought I don’t want to spend $100 on lights that will match the tree because I purchased the Christmas tree lights from Govee even though they’re amazing. But I have a small wreath and I wanted beautiful vibrant lights like the ones on my tree and the ones that no longer work correctly that came with the wreath. I looked at many different lights and nothing was going to match. So I actually asked a question under this product if these lights would work on a wreath and it came back with “absolutely and it would look amazing”. So I figured I would give it a shot. I got an instant coupon savings of six dollars and thought well it’s cheaper than the ones I just bought that look like garbage. These can’t be that bad. Well, I think they look amazing. They match the colors of the tree. I can almost match the white in the garland around my fireplace mantle. All in all, I’m very happy. I hope that Govee will at some point release a smaller string set for wreaths, Garland, etc. maybe around 20 ft or so with 75 lights.

Awesome app for the lights
The app is freaking awesome. There’s all kinds of customizations and stuff you can do for the lights which is sick. I actually bought the wrong size but I managed to make it work on my PC monitor. The lights are pretty cool. The built in control panel kind of sucks, ngl, but it works and the control app makes up for it. The adhesive on the light strip is surprisingly strong.

I am in love with these lights! I love setting the mood in my room and these lights go above and beyond giving me the ambiance I desire. It was quick to install, no hassle whatsoever. It was a great price and the quality is fantastic. They have not shown signs of falling off and they were easy to connect and control in the app. I would 100% buy these again!

Honestly they really aren’t that bad. I am iffy on the app. it works better than other apps i will say when i’ve had other LEDS. but idk how to really work it. but the main setting i use for these is to react with the music or the beat of the song. my old ones never did and i like that these do that. i think the only thing i don’t like is when it’s on a certain setting the lights even on the fastest speed looks glitchy but for it to react to the music it actually looks really nice. it fit it perfectly but i didn’t like how to put it on ngl.

Govee is getting to be the goto supplier for led string lights. Excellent build quality and I love their easy corner bend design.Took me about 45 minutes to complete installation including prep to dust and wipe contact areas with alcohol.
