Dark Rock Pro 5 features 7 high-performance copper heat pipes and a special black coating with ceramic particles. This high-end CPU cooler achieves low temperatures even during periods of peak CPU performance in heavily overclocked systems.
The 2 Silent Wings PWM fans feature advanced fluid-dynamic bearings, smooth 6-pole motors and airflow-optimized fan blades. The front fan provides extremely high air pressure, thanks to a funnel-shaped air inlet in the frame. The decoupled fan mounting with vibration-isolating elements on the heat sink reduces noise-generating turbulence.
A Speed Switch allows you to choose between Quiet and Performance Modes, which control the maximum fan speed. Quiet Mode provides a maximum fan speed of up to 1500r/min and is perfect for normal applications. Performance Mode allows the Silent Wings fans to spin at up to 2000r/min and lets Dark Rock Pro 5 unfold his full power potential.
Thanks to a clever design, installation simple and elegant. The detachable mesh top cover with integrated middle fan is inserted from above. A black mounting kit with a pre-installed mounting bridge and fixing screws matches the black design of the cooler perfectly.

be quiet, Tell Everyone
If you are using an air cooling system for your computer, then you should be using “be quiet” fans to cool it. The name says it all, so let me explain. I could not get it to compute in my mind to use water to cool my cpu and/or video card. Let me think about this my MB = $199, My CPU = $750, My Video Card = 1000 and now you want me to add water (water cooling system approximately $299.) to this equation. This makes no sense to me, but I was using a very loud 100% copper cooler. I decided to make some changes and ordered a be quiet Pure Rock Pro 3 cooler. As soon as I installed it and turned my computer on I was totally shocked. NO CPU FAN NOISE. NONE. ZILCH. ZERO. I could not believe my ears. Then I began running all kinds of cpu, memory, video card, motherboard, and power supply test just to see if the cpu would heat up causing the fans to spin up. It did and the fans increased in speed but still NO SOUND came from the cooler itself. I could only get the cooler to make noise I could hear by running my 16 core cpu at 100%. Now running al cores and threads at 100% caused my temps to rise up to approximately 87C. Not good for long periods of time but doable. Over time and my trust in the “be quiet” line of products I switched over to the be quiet! Dark Rock Elite – TDP 280W CPU Cooler. Their line of air coolers are top notch. They are quiet and help to keep your cpu cool under all circumstances. I have run my computer in a lab setting testing medical simulations that run my computer processor at all cores running 100%, 16 cores/32 threads running 100% on the processor for months. The system never crashed unless I rebooted it and it was cooled only using air.The “be quiet” line of cpu coolers work great. I am very happy to have experienced this companies product as it works for me.

It’s just as good as an AIO, but….
Great cooler, extremely quiet, looks damn good. The ease of installation was a 4/10 only because I have an H5 Flow and connecting the cable to the CPU fan input is a bit difficult. The cable length is perfect so it doesn’t leave much cable showing. For the price and the performance you get, it’s a huge contender against an AIO which is normally more expensive, the only problem that I have is that because I use Corsair Dominator memory, which seems to be higher than standard, I can’t put the glass back on my tower lol.Update: ordered low profile memory, glass is back on, and temps are incredible! 32 idle on a 13700KF and no more than 55-60 under full load.This is better than any AIO I’ve used.

Super reliable and quiet!
I want to start by saying I’ve tried just about everything—including full custom water cooling setups across multiple systems. This time around, I was looking for something more reliable, low-maintenance, and most importantly, quiet.One thing many people overlook with AIOs and water coolers is the noise. I did a lot of research online before buying this. I wanted to downsize my computer from a super tower to the lian li o11 mini. Going from water cooled everything to air cooled everything. I put the thermal grizzly thermal plate on before putting this cooler on to get proper contact with the cpu. I am very impressed with the thermals, it’s very quiet and if not quieter than a water pump on silent. I am very pleased to break this in and and see what else she can do. I did have to buy lower profile ram to fit into my case, but will say love the ease of the front fan moving up and down on a slider. Quality is very well and looks beast in the new case.

I recently upgraded to the be quiet! Dark Rock Elite Air CPU Cooler, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. One thing to note is that you should ensure your RAM isn’t too tall, as it may not fit with this cooler installed. I had to replace my existing RAM with Corsair Vengeance modules, which were significantly shorter. While RGB RAM may be tempting, it’s not worth the extra cost, as you won’t see it with this cooler installed.However, the be quiet! Dark Rock Elite Air has been a game-changer for me. It’s incredibly quiet, even during intense gaming sessions. The cooling performance is top-notch, and the design makes it easy to clean – the fans can be slid in and out without any tools, which is a fantastic feature.Overall, I highly recommend this CPU cooler to anyone looking for a quiet and effective solution. It’s been a great investment, and I’m confident you won’t regret it.

Quiet. Fan is temperature controlled. I found that the instructions for just about anything sold by Be Quiet tend to be vague or unclear. For the money they probably should have included an RGB fan. It’s well made but it’s basic. You could get something very similar at a cheaper price.

hermano si buscas un disipador top de aire estas en el lugar correcto, mantiene mi ryzen 7 5000 a temperaturas demasiado buenas y creeme que es dificil escucharlo si usas audifonos, a llegado a dejar mi procesador a 42 grados mientras juego, el unico contra es que es bastante masivo y puede que tu gabinete no cierre si tienes una ram alta, ya que es ajustable, fuera de eso es un 10/10

Dark Rock Elite i would not call this thing Elite at allstandoffs not the best i used noctua standoffstool is trash better tools in Dark Rock Pro 4with the fans they are 135mm and if they die you can replace but only with 120mm or try and email Be Quiet
