Just as described
I like this OBD extension splitter. It pops in easily and adds an additional port if you have a device that needs the OBD all of the time. My only comment is that it can fall out if it gets bumped because it doesn’t “click and lock in”, but it never happened to me the way I installed it. For the price it works well and the length of the extension is reasonable. It seems well made and has quality parts. It has worked flawlessly for month.

Tune your cpu while simultaneously sharing driver data with insurance
I’ve got a Chevy truck that transitions back and forth between a four cylinder, a six cylinder, or an eight cylinder in a never ending quest for better fuel economy. I bought an obd2 dongle to disable the cylinder count identity crisis, but I still wanted to be able the use my code reader without subjecting my engine cpu to another identity crisis. I bought this item to allow me to do just that. The plugs seem secure and of good quality, and the configuration lends itself to being accessible while being out of the way. If your ecu needs simultaneous double input, then this product might be for you.

Works great as a connector saver and won’t wear out the pins on your car’s connector
This works well as a connector saver and as an extension (but not both at the same time of course). By plugging and unplugging into this connector, you don’t wear out the pins on your car’s OBD2 connector. You can plug in an OBD2 monitor or use the extension plug to plug in an OBD2 tool, key programmer, or whatever for temporary or permanent use.

Just what I needed
Just what I needed, and does exactly what I needed it to do. Money well spent! Cable quality is good and connecting the device was simple.

OBDII Splitter Cable Review
Nice, well made product. Looks every bit as high quality as the professional grade extension cables I have at work. No communication issues when used with my XTool A30M.
William J Thompson –
Not a splitter, more of an extension.
Scanner disables other device. Both of the devices will not work simultaneously. When scanner is plugged in and not in use it appears as they are both connected and will function at the same time but as soon as I connect the thinkdiag2 it disables other device. Was not made aware of this before purchase. I’ve tried switching ports and it still only operates the scanner and not both. If there is something I am failing to activate or set up, id appreciate any advice.he devices

Cameron Wilson –
Easy to fit and does the job. Unobtrusive and the lead tucks away nicely.

Great product, works as it should be
Mike –
Quality part. Fits snug and quite difficult to remove from vehicle OBD2 port. Semi-permanent.

I have one of those devices from insurance to monitor driving (to reduce my premium) so I got this in order to plug an OBD2 adapter without disconnecting the insurance device (so I can leave the OBD2 adapter connected all the time now). This works fine, the connectors are firm and the cable appears to have good quality.BE MINDFUL of the cable leaving the corner of the device — you should check that you don’t have anything obstructing that position of the connector on your car. My car has a side wall where the cable comes out and I had just enough space to bend the cable so it could be connected.
