Great Quality!!
I was very skeptical ordering a newer phone from Amazon but I am very happy with my purchase! I upgraded from an iPhone XS to the 15 pro. I have had my new iPhone for about 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier! It operates great and I haven’t had any issues. The battery holds up well! Of course with excessive use I have to charge my phone at least once during the day otherwise the battery lasts all day. I am very happy with the size, color, and feel of the phone. It was super easy to transfer all my data to the new phone and didn’t take long at all. The phone is lighter than I thought it would be and love the titanium! I did get a screen protector that didn’t fit well at all but I tried a different brand and the second screen protector actually fit. I was worried the screen on the phone was messed up but it was the screen protector and not the phone. Syncing my new iPhone with all my other devices was extremely easy. I highly recommend buying from this store!

Great product
So far so good. I was a little worried about the other reviews about the battery life being pretty bad right off the rip. Turns out, apparently I was one of the lucky ones. Battery life is 100% and only 3 battery cycles. Had a few small blemishes on the screen(can only be seen when the light hits it just right), but I had a screen protector on hand so it wouldn’t happen any further. Other than that, phone came in excellent quality. Phone was unlocked like the listing said, and was able to put it on my cellular plan without hassle. Pretty good value for the money spent. It’s a generation behind current, and its about half the price if I were to buy brand new. Pretty happy so far.

Started freezing right after Amazon’s 90-day mark. Now I’m stuck with it.
Bought this iPhone 15 Pro (256 GB, Renewed) on June 1. It looked great at first. No major problems until just after the 90-day return window closed. Then it started randomly freezing for 1 to 5 minutes at a time, more often than not multiple times in a row. It usually happens either when my wife FaceTimes me while I’m on another app or when I’m working on Shipt Deliveries, switching between the app, Maps, and the camera to scan barcodes. It completely throws off my delivery schedule.It’s not a storage or update issues. I have 116 GB free, everything’s current and updated, and I’ve done all the troubleshooting such as force restarts and shutting down apps. I even checked the system logs and there are constant freeze-related errors (JetsamEvent and HangWorkflowResponsiveness) entries, which are tied to system-level crashes.What makes it worse is the timing. The freezing didn’t start until right after Amazon’s 90-day Renewed coverage ended. Amazon won’t help and Apple won’t help either because their warranty goes by the original purchase date, and this device is over a year old.If you rely on your phone for school, work or just heavy usage in general, avoid standard Amazon Renewed unless you can get the full one-year coverage. Otherwise you’re just gambling. I’m stuck with a defective phone I can’t use consistently. I definitely do not recommend purchasing this phone. The phone quality and functionality are bad as it gets.

Woot send me a phone with restart issues
I am thankful for the Amazon renewed 90 day guarantee. The iPhone 15 Pro had a few scratches around the frame when I received it but nothing major. Screen looked good and battery health was at 100%. I ordered the phone from Woot for myself.I transferred data from the Android device I was replacing seamlessly.The phone came with a SIM card tool remover (not needed as phone supports eSIM only) and a lightning cable instead of a USB C Cable for charging. I sent a message to Woot to send me the correct cable for the phone and the only response I got from Woot was to confirm my order number. I contacted Amazon as well and they told me to order a USB C cable that will be paid for via account credit. That issue was resolved.After one day of use, the phone froze while charging overnight and needed a forced restart. Then, the phone froze again the following days. The phone also ran hot and the battery drained fast. After a week, I sent the phone back and I am awaiting my refund. I sent back the phone after performing a factory reset clearing all my data with the lightning cable it came with.I will edit this review to report on the final status of my refund.1/10/2025 – Refund was issued today. Pending posting to my credit card. Added a star to the review due to prompt refund.

I bought the renewed iPhone 15 Pro in Black Titanium, and it honestly surprised me in a good way. The phone looks brand new — no scratches or marks anywhere. Battery health was 91%, which is totally fine for a renewed device, and it still lasts me easily all day with normal use.Performance-wise, it’s flawless. The A17 Pro chip is insanely fast — everything from editing photos to gaming runs super smooth. The titanium frame feels lighter and more premium than older models, and the screen is absolutely stunning with that 120Hz refresh rate.The camera is amazing, especially the telephoto and night shots — colors are realistic and detailed. First of all, there was no mention that this is a US version with no SIM slot and only an eSIM capabilities. I’m with Virgin mobile and this wasn’t an issue for me. Took all of 30 seconds to transfer my service to the eSIM on this phone. I’m not super fond of this as I’m not sure how to get my line back to my physical SIM on my previous phone if needed be.I was told a password would be sent to my email on the delivery date that I would need to provide to the delivery driver to receive the order. That never happened and the package was left on my front porch.Otherwise I was very fortunate to get a phone that’s practically band new and still under limited warranty. It showed up in a iPhone box with all original packaging. There is not a speck of dust anywhere, no scratches or any signs of use at all. Seems like someone just opened the box and returned it without using it. I’m very impressed and happy with my purchase.Removed a star simply because it should have been clear that it is a US version without a physical SIM card slot.
