Great Purchase
The phone was pretty much brand new. No visible dent or scratches. Started right up with no issues. Coming from an iPhone 11, it was a major upgrade and the features including the dynamic island is a plus. The screen quality is fantastic and bright. I bought the blue version and I believe it makes the phone incredibly unique. The type C option is incredibly convenient and made my charger ecosystem that much easier. Overall, when compared to my other options like the IPhone 16 or 17, I feel that this is the best pick, since not only is it good on price, but it is virtually identical to the newer models.

Honestly perfect. Screen is great, outer casing is great. Had a couple dings on the edge, I don’t care. Battery is like 80% or something like that which is fine, it’s refurbished.Worth it. Runs ios 26 great.

Defective phone.
The phone itself is nice. It didn’t come in the original apple box or with the original apple charger, but to be completely honest I did not care about that. I was just looking forward to the phone itself.Let me explain the 1 star.Not even one or two hours of having it, it already began malfunctioning. I had immediately gone to my mobile carrier to get it activated, and it started turning off and on on its own, same as the video provided. For majority of the first day, I couldn’t even access it or even get to the lock screen. It would load up the logo as if it’s turning on, and then turn off immediately, and do it again for the rest of the day. At the end of the night, I was able to get it to load up to the lock screen. At this point, I just wanted to return it but at least erase all the information I had transferred in the very beginning.After a couple of days finding a way to fully erase, I was able to do so successfully. Today, I just returned it. I got the phone October 23, and it is October 26. Mind you, I had requested the return the day of the delivery, I just needed to find a way to make sure NONE of my information was in the phone when returning it. The picture of it in the box is most recent of when I was able to repackage it to return it.Overall, disappointed in this order. I was excited, expecting a fine, normal functioning phone as everyone has been only mentioning good about it.I do not recommend. I’ll definitely just stick to buying original phones in store. If you need a new phone, just spend the extra few hundred dollars to buy a brand new one than to deal with one that may malfunction like this. Better safe than sorry.

New Phone, who Diss ??
I should probably wait a couple weeks but honestly, I think there’s no need. There is literally nothing about this phone that leads me to believe that it is not brand new. It is the exact specs. I ordered the base iPhone 15 512 GB. I spent over seven days straight, researching MacBooks and iPhones. I wanted the absolute best of both and decided with this iPhone and a MacBook M1 Pro. I decided to go with Back Market for the better deal on the laptop and to try out their customer service. (also exceptional by the way.) I was like a half inch away from going with the brand new M4 air, which is a beautiful sky blue color and was put on sale the day of my purchase for an additional $50 off making it 850 total which was pretty insane. I think thats a W purchase. Anyway, back to the review that’s relevant:I feel like it was a pretty good deal. Honestly, I mean $700 on a phone is about double what I’m used to paying. But if you’re reading this, yes I would make the purchase again because buying this phone brand new is closer to a grand. And what I received is a brand new phone there’s no dirt in the speakers. There’s no dirt or dust in the silent bar/switch. There’s no scratches on the phone or even fingerprints. There’s no dents on the outside steel part or even any scratches. The camera is pristine as well… There’s no signs of this phone being used and I’ve only used it for two days now, but I’m having an optimal experience and I’m loving the Face ID. I had an SE three and I destroyed it so I had to use my broken SE two and this is such a welcome upgrade.I may decide to update this in a few weeks when I figure out how I’m liking the battery life, etc. but as of right now everything is top-tier! I’m tired and I don’t know what else to say. It came in a bubble wrapped envelope shipped pretty safely and it gave me a cable that I’m pretty sure is from iPhone, but there is no brick for the cable just the USB-C to USB-C cable. If you’re considering this purchase, but wondering if the refurbished is not as good as the new… in my experience, I got a brand new phone.

Just my impression
The phone actually looks white. Only has 80% battery life. But, otherwise looks new with no blemishes. I switched from Android to iPhone so it’s a learning curve for me.

Great Upgrade from my 11
I love my iPhone 15! I switched to the 15 from the 11. The only downside is that I has to change all my chargers from lightning to USB C. This phone is a lot quicker then my older iPhone, it also has satellite capabilities for emergencies.

93% Battery Life & Excellent Unlocked Condition
This new to me phone works great! It came unlocked and with 93% batter life!!! It looks brand new!I did have to look up the directions for transferring phone information to a different device as this just came with a box and a phone.
