Solid CPU when I bought it, and still doing me well enough in 2025! If you need an AM4 CPU and you’re on a tight budget, don’t feel too bad about going with this one. It’s still good!

Great mid-range CPU
A great and easy to install CPU. Has excellent performance, looks very high quality, and it generally stable with most if not all of the games I play. It is a great size as well, not being too small or too large to fit in the case. It is generally stable and consistent in the performance sphere and doesn’t take up too much power

Still great value in 2025. Holds up on 1440p gaming and can even run Beam.NG with AI traffic flawlessly which is my personal bench mark for CPUS! I also use it for VR on a q3 and it has had no signs of bottle necking my card.

Great CPU for (late) AM4 upgrade
Got as a replacement for R3 3100. It is noticeably faster with programs quicker and FPS in CPU reliant games being higher. Mine included the Wraith Prism cooler (though without RGB) rather than the listed Wraith Stealth. A free cooling upgrade for free. Cooler works well – idle at 35C, under load at 70C. Installation was easy, though attaching the bracket style CPU cooler takes considerably more force than feels safe.Only complaint: the fan that came with the cooler has a bad bearing that creates a noticeable grinding sound at as low as 15% speed and is unusable at higher speeds due to the sound. Thankfully, I had another 92mm fan that I was able to swap out.

Le AMD Ryzen 5 5600 est vraiment un super processeur si tu cherches un bon rapport qualité/prix. Avec ses 6 cœurs et 12 threads, il fait le taf aussi bien pour le gaming que pour du multitâche ou même un peu de création de contenu. Niveau fréquence, il tourne à 3,5 GHz en normal, mais peut monter jusqu’à 4,4 GHz en boost, donc autant dire qu’il est hyper réactif.Le petit bonus sympa, c’est qu’il vient avec le ventilateur Wraith Stealth. Il est silencieux et fait bien son boulot, pas besoin de dépenser en plus pour le refroidir. Et tout ça avec une conso de 65W, ce qui le rend assez économe.(Bon pour ma part un watercooling pour la classe était un critère obligatoire pour mon setup)Bref, si tu veux un processeur performant et polyvalent sans exploser ton budget, le Ryzen 5 5600 est un excellent choix !

Great CPU for (late) AM4 upgrade
Got as a replacement for R3 3100. It is noticeably faster with programs quicker and FPS in CPU reliant games being higher. Windows11化に伴いシステムを更新しました。私はWebの閲覧や写真の編集程度なので、このスペックで全く問題ありません。安定して動作しています。今まで中古ばかり買っていたのですが、新品でも値段が安くてグッド。付属のファンは大型なので静かです。4ヵ所をネジ留めしていくタイプなので、マーザーボードのレバー取り付け用のブラケットを外すと取り付けできました。別に放熱用のグリス(ペースト)を購入してしまったのですが、新品は最初からヒートシンクに塗られているのですね。そりゃ当たり前か。
