The chair arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble with clear instructions. All the parts fit together smoothly, and the build feels sturdy.The seat is somewhat firm at first, but supportive and comfortable once you settle in. The backrest and lumbar cushions provide great posture support, and the vibration feature is a nice bonus.Overall, it’s a well-made, comfortable chair that’s both functional and stylish — definitely deserving of five stars.

My daughter LOVES this new gaming chair!! its so comfortable and has super vibrant colors! Its firm but not too much and the back and neck pillows are great!! The foot rest is super great too! My daughter likes to sit in different positions and i was think about getting her a yoga ball chair, or a other kind that has a foot rest that spins around, but she likes arm rests so those were a no, but i found this chair and the foot rest provides comfort and different ways to place your legs/feet such a great add on!! Pros:Super comfy, soft and easy to clean, great value for money, foot rest is AMAZING!!Cons:The only she has is that the built in back massager in the pillow is not really a massager it kinda vibrates, it might be good for a stiff back but it does not really massage the back and it bothers her so she does not use it. But thats okOverall a SUPER great chair and its soooooo comfy! Totally recommend!How I rate the products- 5 Stars = Exceeded my expectations. Love it and will buy again. 4 Stars = Exactly what I was looking and hoped for. Some issues. 3 Stars = Satisfactory. Minor, acceptable issues but it does the job. 2 Stars = Wouldn’t recommend or buy again. May work for you but did not for me. 1 Stars = Complete waste of a product. Went to trash

Great chair but even better customer service and care!
I absolutely love this chair. Have had it for almost a year now and have used it daily for work and play. It is very comfortable and looks amazing. The value is fantastic, quality is great, size is perfect for me(average male – 5’9″ – 165lbs) and it’s very stable on the 5 wheel base.The only issue I have had is with the armrests wearing out and cracking. However, they offer a full 1 year warranty and are absolutely fantastic about taking care of their customers. They have replaced both armrests for me and my chair is basically brand new again. Highly recommend not only this chair but also this company! Thank you!

Great upgrade from older office style chairs.
Got this chair to replace my old chair of 15 years that broke down after years of wear and tear. Assembly was easy and quick (45 minutes at most). By far the most comfy chair i’ve had in years. Love the reclining feature and the foot rest is a game changer as it allows me to recline better and sit upright with my legs crossed on it. The cushions are firm but great with the lumbar pillow helping my sore back and hip. Now I can game and read books at my desk with comfort. Absolutely would recommend if on sale.

Great quality chair for the price
Quality 5/5I am a very picky person so I took a couple months looking at all types of chairs, but this one is absolute gold in my opinion. For the price, this chair is amazing. I’m a big guy, 260 pounds, and I fit perfectly and it’s comfortable. The cushions are very firm, which I appreciate. Putting it together was simple and straightforward. I have lower back pain and I work from home and my back does not hurt at all after an 8 hour shift in this chair. The swivel is smooth. Looks sharp, I got the white on black version. Again, I’m a big guy and the chair is very sturdy no worry if I’m going to break it and it’s light even in the box upon delivery.Customer support 5/5My head rest zipper did break after two weeks, I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced it, so great customer service.Critique: my only critique is the massaging lumbar support. I wish this pad was slightly thicker and the massaging is more just a vibration so I don’t really use it, but I also didn’t buy this chair for that reason so this isn’t affecting my overall opinion and review just wanted to say it for prospective buyers.

A decent short-term chair, but wears out in about a year
It’s a bit of a shame that most reviews on here are from within a few days or weeks of purchasing. I’ve had my chair for about a year and a half and it is already wearing out. The seat material is coming off and the back and headrest are ripping. The material is just not made to last for more than a year or so of constant use.Pros: It is a somewhat comfortable chair for the most part. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble. It has a good range of height adjustment and reclining adjustment. Has a vibrating lumbar support, though I never use it because you have to plug in a cord.Cons: As already mentioned, the material is ripping and coming apart just after about a year of use. I constantly have to tighten the arm rests as they easily become loose. While it does have the lumbar support, the chair back is fairly thin and you can feel the support metal, especially up near the shoulders.I personally find the leg rest gimmicky since this is an office/gaming chair, not a recliner, but that’s just a personal opinion and YMMV. I suppose for the price this is a good chair if you only expect it to last about a year, otherwise if you want a chair for a longer haul then you should probably look elsewhere.

Ein wirklich gemütlicher Gaming Stuhl der auch einfach sauber zu halten ist. Der Zusammenbau war ebenso kein Problem und schnell. Das massage Kissen vibriert zwar nur, wenn man es anstellt aber die Funktion muss man ja nicht nutzen. Die Rückenlehne ist auch gut verstellbar, genau wie die Höhe. Klare weiter Empfehlung!

Careful on this product. Received with missing 1 wheel and set of screws and the box is severely damaged and the screw holes looks already used. Sad thing is that when i returned the product the item is still not yet received due to lack of contact infirmation on the return address

La miglior sedia da gaming che abbia mai avuto!La GTPLAYER è davvero un livello superiore: comoda, solida e con un design spettacolare. Quello che però fa la differenza è il cuscino lombare con funzione massaggio 🤩. Dopo ore di gioco o di lavoro al PC, accendo la funzione e la schiena ringrazia: ti rilassa subito e riduce tutta la tensione.I materiali sono ottimi, lo schienale è regolabile fino a quasi sdraiarsi, e i braccioli sono super pratici. Montaggio semplice e istruzioni chiare. Da quando la uso, riesco a stare davanti al computer molte più ore senza fastidi.In poche parole: comodità top, qualità eccellente e quel cuscino massaggiante è un vero game changer!La consiglio a chiunque passi tanto tempo al PC, non solo gamer.
