Feyachi Reflex Sight Adjustable Reticle (4 Styles) Green & Red (Model RS28)
The Feyachi model RS28 Reflex Sight Adjustable Reticle (4 Styles) Green & Red both in one sight at a reasonable cost that it’s built with quality, ruggedness and the end user in mind.Since my purchase on Oct 20, 2025 and its receipt on Oct 22, 2025 I have taken to the range to zero and plinking (100 rounds 5.56 55gr). My zeroing consists of at 25 yds for 100yds. The following is an important step is to lock your adjustments (zero settings) using the “small” Allen wrench on the right side of the unit… it works like a champ!I like the quality optic as it offers versatility, reliability, and lastly, for me the brightness in green or red is fine. My preference is green due to stigmatism. The Feyachi RS28 Reflex Sight offers the buyer at a lower cost, offering rich features and performance that allows you to enjoy indoor / outdoor range shooting time. Recommended due to excellent value for the price.A final note, my unit came with the off setting set on number 3 for both green / red settings versus the G or R and Feyachi customer service replaced it quick! Amazing service…

    Functional and great price
Installed this on an AR pistol and can’t beat it for the price. Make sure to lock in the sight with the small set screw on the side after you get it dialed in. Easy to install and function. It is still holding zero after several hundred rounds.

    Decent, but not good enough
About 3 years ago I started getting into firearms with my father and brother. We all kind of went in knowing nothing about them besides what we’ve learned from games or movies, we branched into them as a collective hobby the three of us could share as well as taking personal and home defense more seriously. As with any hobby, beginner mistakes happen and regretful or non-necessary purchases happen, it’s inevitable from computers, firearms, or even collecting cards. My brother was real into airsoft at the time and purchased one of these reflex sights for an airsoft mp5 he was assembling. As impressed and naïve as I was I decided to purchase two of these sights to put on some 12 gauge shotguns we just purchased.Soon enough we zeroed it with a boresight and went to go pattern out the shot using our new reflex sights and the initial thoughts were impressive. Multiple reticles, red or green, iconic retro look, bright emitter? what could go wrong! Well, nothing actually! We managed to have a range day that went according to plan and anyone who shoots know it’s a good time when nothing comes loose or falls off, especially when shooting with friends or family. We haven’t had any issues with the sights whatsoever. Now, before you think I’m lying about my experience, yes we did shoot 12 gauge but #7 birdshot and a few 00 buckshot we found from my father’s old hunting days. Nothing got loose or lost zero, but then again they were lighter loads. The only reason I’m giving this product a semi-negative title and 4 star review is that the reticle themselves don’t really get bright enough at high noon in the sun. I have 4 of these sights and each of them during the peak of day just ends up washed out in the western sun and Sonoran desert backdrop. But again, no issues were had with the screws backing our or the whole thing falling apart. I cant speak on the durability of the glass, but the entire look and feel is pretty much a “good enough” approach. For airsoft? It’s amazing and fun! For actual shooting? Probably not the best, especially with the brightness issues making it difficult to see the reticle in the daylight. It probably would be a fun 22 toy or best used for an actual toy such as airsoft or gel guns instead of real ones, especially if that battle is going to be indoors. That being said, if they fixed the issues with brightness this dot might make for a decent beginner or budget option, but it’s too soon to say from it’s performance due to the inability to even use the thing

    Great buy and quality!
Put this on my son’s airsoft rifle and it works great! Unit is solidly constructed, easy to adjust, and my son loves the different reticle and brightness settings. Definitely better than the open sights that came with the airsoft rifle and allows you to co-witness, as well! Very satisfied with this purchase!

    Phenomenal product
This thing is amazing. ESPECIALLY at that low price, which by no means indicates quality. With 2 colors at 5 different brightness settings each, and four different crosshairs, it was already good. Then it withstood dozens of high brass 12 gauge shells on my semi auto. Held the zero dead on as far as I can tell.My only issue is the user manual thinks the locking screw for adjusting elevation and windage is on the wrong side. Old model maybe? Easy to figure out.

A good, cheap, reliable and durable reflex sight
What I like most about this reflex sight was the ease of use, and how easy it was to change the brightness, or reticle. This reflex was made of some sort of high grade airplane aluminum, and did I mention that this comes with 2 cr2032 batteries? It comes with a cleaning cloth, 2 Alan wrenches forsighting it in, and mounting it onto picatinnies. I’m still waiting for my carry handle optic adapter to be delivered in a few days, so if I don’t forget, I’ll update this review. Update: I bought 2, and the second one went on my Smc 9, which has an inline stock, and is actually viable. However, for this one, it is not inline, and has a carry handle, and when I shoot at a small metal bowl, with my reticle directly on it, it goes about 2-3 feet in the air. You may be saying, just adjust it to the point of impact, duh easy fix. But no. This thing got pretty much stripped down from how much I screwed it in. The bottom piece for the up and down adjustment was going OUT, and the wind age screw inside stayed where it was. Basically, the thing was impossible to adjust. If anyone could tell me how to adjust it, let me know, like please let me know. 3/5, because my other one was alright. I actually don’t know if I’m able to even adjust it anymore, it’s been almost completely stripped.

Works well and great alternative to $xxx priced ones
It has two color options and multiple reticle options. Holds a zero. Clear picture. My first review was flagged for community violation? I guess don’t mention what you use this on – even though it’s legal and not encouraging anything bad. Worth the buy.I took pictures and videos, but I’ll leave those off this time to prevent this being removed again.

Some people get confused what this type of sight does, so let’s clear that up first.Sights like this one use LED light and a semi-mirrored lens to project a aiming reticle that when looking through the lens appears to be at an infinite distance from you.Like a laser sight, it’s somewhat similar to use and can still get washed out by brightly lit surfaces, but unlike a laser the reticle’s visibility isn’t dependent on the distance to the target or what colour the target is.Now on to my review. For the price this thing seems like an incredible deal, especially seeing reviews from other gun owners saying they’ve fired hundreds of rounds with one on and it still holding up well.It was well packaged compared to the $100 option from Firefield I was considering picking up from a local shop. Unlike that other one which for some reason only comes in a blister pack, this actually came in a decent quality 2-piece box with the optic itself inside covered in bubble wrap. Interestingly, it also came with two different sized hex wrenches, probably a leftover from an older model as the smaller of the two has no use with this optic.Compared to a similar, and also typically more expensive, NcSTAR sight I owned in the past, the lens is nice and clear with minimal tinting, the reticles appear quite sharp and focused even with my mild astigmatism and the adjustments even let out very audible clicks. It’s 100x better than the NcSTAR sight was on those points alone. Unfortunately my phone refuses to focus on the reticles at all, so there’s no point in me including pics of them. While I generally prefer the red mode, the green option is certainly nice as being brighter in general it’s much harder for it to be washed out on bright days, a problem I’ve had with red illuminated optics in the past. The NcSTAR reflex I previously mentioned only having a red LED was basically useless on very sunny days. While it seems fairly durable, I still wouldn’t trust it on anything with much more recoil than a .223/5.56, maybe something in 7.62×39 but that’s probably pushing it. I definitely would never put this on a 12 gauge since it’s probably get demolished by the recoil, but who knows. For my use though, it should be perfectly fine being ran on my GSG-16 .22 rifle. This optic is just a great example of how something being cheap doesn’t always mean it’s bad.Edit: Several range trips later with somewhere around 600 rounds down range and it’s holding up great. The initial bore sighting I did at roughly 25yds away was good enough for my use and it’s so far held zero for me. Definitely a worthy optic for .22LR at least.I’ll likely be getting one of Feyachi’s micro tube style sights to try on one of my shotguns, I’m seeing some reports those might actually be able to handle 12 gauge recoil.

I bought this along with some rail adapters to use on a 22. The sight works well, adjustment is fairly easy, and the metal construction is a nice bonus over some similarly priced plastic red dots. While this will work great for pellet rifles and 22s, I don’t know that I would install it on anything with more power. It’s built well for what it is, but anything with significant recoil is going to knock this loose over time.

Decent little reflex sight, but as usual, it’s tough to see the reticle in bright light

Held zero for many range trips, looks cool to – good brightness/ choice of reticle colour and easy to use. Only bad thing is doesn’t really line up with magnifiers so had to return it, but if your looking for just a red dot sight this one is great.

wanted to update this review.I had issues with holding zero, but it was probably due to an installation error on my part. I failed to noticed the locking screw for the windage and elevation, which is in the diagram by not mentioned in zeroing instructions.Pros:Reasonable build quality, looks coolReticle is reasonably sharp and very bright, almost too bright in low light conditionsPriceExtra battery, tools, and cleaning clothCons:Water resistance might be an issue. The battery compartment doesn’t seem to have a rubber oring seal.
