Is it possible to connect to USB C to power the device without a cigarette lighter?
USB power supply may have voltage instability, we can send you a hardware kit to power the device. After connecting the hardware kit, you can turn on the parking monitoring mode of the dash cam.
When reversing, can it automatically switch to the rear camera? Is there reverse lane assist?

Great product, Superb Customer Service
I ordered my Wolfbox G930 a few weeks ago, and a few days later went to install it. As recommended in the user guide, I tested the device before doing the “actual” install in my vehicle (a golf cart). While the cameras, gps and mirror worked immediately, I could not get any of the Menu functions to work. It was completely unresponsive to my finger presses on the touch screen.I contacted Wolfbox Custeromer Service directly from their website, describing the problem. I received a quick email response from Bonnie (Customer Service Rep) giving me a few steps to try. Unfortunately, those steps did not work, but without any hesitation or complaint, Bonnie immediately asked for my address so that she could get the factory to send me a new unit.After a few days the new unit arrived and I tested that immediately and nervously. Very happy to say this one worked flawlessly and I was able to get into the menu. I went through all settings options to view and/or change them, and then installed it in my Golf Cart which has very limited view in the original rear view mirror. The install was easy, essentially just routing the wires around the inside to where they needed to be. The images from both front and rear cameras are awesome, really clear and nice wide angles.I chose the Wolfbox G930 based on reviews both here on Amazon as well as other sources. For a moment I thought I had made a big mistake and was on the verge of returning it and searching for another brand. Fortunately, Ms. Bonnie saved the day with her combination of helpfulness, respectful, polite and positive attitude, and prompt actions. She just sent me a return shipping label so that the original device can go back to help them figure out what the problem wad. THANK YOU BONNIE.I have another golf cart, and a car, and will almost certainly be putting a G930 into those. The G930 has a great combination of price/value, function and, despite the original problem, quality. It records from both cameras simultaneously, has great image quality, has included GPS in case of accidents, and is pretty simple to install (but test before installing).Highly recommended!

Absolute must for any vehicle that does not have a dash cam
This guy blew me away. Bought this as a gift for my in laws and installed it in their Toyota Sienna. Wires were a bit short to run lower down so I had to run the cable to the rear camera using the liner and trim around the doors. Took me around 1.5 hrs to do from start to finish but I have some experience doing this type of thing. I even went as far as removing the rear trunk panel to mount the camera on the trim of the door where the handle is to open the trunk. So I would say it would take 1.5-2 hrs to install. The device itself is great. The video quality is fantastic and out performs modern car back-up cams by a mile. The brightness of the display is great for day and night driving and this guy acts as a mini security system a little while after the car is turn off which is great. For safety when parking or being aware of your surroundings + the dash cam, this is a no brainier.

Well worth the money
Front camera is crystal clear but back camera is a little fuzzy, especially at night. It was a little glitchy at first, like sometimes it wouldn’t turn on when I started my car and I had to unplug it and then plug it back in but other than that it’s an excellent camera system. The menu is easy to use and the recordings are clear. The front dash cam was easy to install, I had difficulty installing the rear camera and had to have a friend install it for me who is more familiar with dismantling the panels inside the car.

So far (1 wk) it seems great.
This is one of those things (like insurance) you should have but hope you never need.I wanted a dashcam that had a rear camera for several things, not least that the rear camera in my Ranger is on the tailgate and is useless as soon as it’s down for hauling long items. Also blocked by trailer, etc. Mounted this high on the rear window inside (cobbled bracket and some 2-sided tape) so I could see over box content better than the standard rear-view. This works all the time as a rear-view and rear camera.For some reason it seems like the brightness control is a little off–image is a little dark sometimes. Maybe there’s a setting I haven’t found to adjust this. Need to read the little manual. (And I mean little–printed instructions are tiny! Fortunately the installation was pretty straightforward for me and I didn’t need to consult them. Much.)Haven’t tried downloading any vids yet so no comment regarding resolution, etc–described as 4K(F)/1K(R). Images while driving and standing still are usable. (Many online dashcam channels mention that the live view is a lot closer than the video images suggest and I can confirm this, at least.)The GPS seems good–indicating speed same a my speedometer. Assume location is also accurate, but no way to tell.The screen is bright enough for day and night driving without being distracting, and the image displayed is pretty clear. Also a good size–large enough to be usable without being distracting or blocking any of the windshield direct view area.FYI the front camera image is taller than the screen can show, and you can use a slider (in the settings) to position the image up/down.Mounted to the dash tray using the mounting arm kit (sold separately), which works fine. (Had to cobble up a few things out of junk-drawer items to make it work, but that’s why you never throw things out!) I also used the Permanent Wiring kit so that is can stay alive while parked, just in case. I unplug the camera (USB-C) when parked at home to avoid draining the battery–not sure this is necessary.So, first impressions–it starts up quick when I start the truck, it looks good without being obtrusive, and it’s doing what I expected it to.

C’est un super équipement avec une très bonne caméra 4k avant et 1080 AR simple a installer de plus le SAV et au top. Répond rapidement aux questions.Je souhaite faire quelques remarques qui pourraient sans doute améliorer l’estetique. La longueur moins de 12 pouces est parfaite entre les 2 pare soleil mais ce serait peut être bien de mettre le caméra av dessous afin que le moniteur soit parfaitement centré sur le rétroviseur d’origine dernier point je trouve que prise unique cachée derriere la caméra si elle est positionnée dessus l écran serait invisible de face ce qui éviterait les 3 prises qui se trouve actuellemet au dessus et qui ne sont pas esthétique voilà merci pour ce super matériel

No solo para el coche, sino en general.Es simplemente todo lo que esperas de un producto completo: cumple a la perfección, muy bien hecho, todo funciona a la primera, bien rematado, fácil de instalar, y para rematar un servicio de atención de los que se ven pocos, rápidos, amables y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema. En mi caso, mi agradecimiento a Mark que me atendió fenomenalmente bien a una consulta, más allá de lo que esperaba.He puesto dos imágenes con dos situaciones de iluminación difícil y muy distintas, y en la realidad se ve mejor de lo que se muestra. Volver a un espejo tradicional se me hace ya muy difícil, el angular de la cámara te da muchísima información extra.La app completa, va bien y no falla.En resumen, muy, muy satisfecho. Desde que ves el embalaje sabes que las cosas pintan bien.Eso sí, pide el kit de cable ODB, simplifica todo y la experiencia es completa. No he probado la función de la marcha atrás, era la que menos me interesaba a priori, pero estoy seguro que irá igual de bien.

Tuve la buena suerte de conseguir esta cámara en promoción en el prime day y en verdad es muy buen producto. Buena resolución, instalación bastante sencilla, muy buena calidad. Yo buscaba un producto no tan caro y que me diera una opción para aumentar la seguridad de mi auto y este tiene una muy buena relación calidad – precio.Lo único que tengo que comentar es que si tú auto tiene sensores de lluvia o ADAS tal vez tenga la posición de los mismos estorbe a la cámara frontal si lo instalas sobre el espejo retrovisor de tu auto, pero si no es tu caso lo recomiendo totalmente.
