Beautiful pictures
I use the purple lense a lot, makes my pictures a nice purple hue. I use the clear plain lense to protect my camera lense from dust. I am still learning about the various lenses.

I’ll be honest, I really had to ask questions and research my camera sizes and the vivitar lenses and this kit in particular was what I bought. Now I know that these are not what a professional would order because they’re inexpensive however these are a great starter set and granted I know a lil about old school 35mm photography these lens do as they as they say, I at first didn’t think they fit my canon eos 3000, rebel T100 but I did figure out they screw on instead of snap or posh on.This set comes packages very well nothing was broke or damaged anyway.For the price of this set it’s a great investment for a student or a pro and those who dabbled in photography. I would recommend these

Lens Kit is made by Vivatar
I bought this lens kit primarily to extend my telephoto lens on my Canon Rebel T-6. The extension does not work for that particular lens; the explanation of this is misleading in the product description. It’s a good value for the money. The macro lens works well. But, the fact that this package is made by Vivatar and there is nothing indicating this until you receive it in the mail, is misleading. The lens package needs to say Vivatar Lens Kit (will work for Canon). Otherwise, you lead the buyer to believe that it is a Canon product when it isn’t. I’m not returning this kit because enough of the equipment works like it is intended and what works is a good value for the money. The product is made by Vivatar and will work with a Canon.

The telephoto lens came in separate pieces, has no threads, and there’s no cleaning cloth.
I was looking forward to using the telephoto lens most because my niece was dancing at her homecoming halftime show and I wanted to get greatly detailed closer pictures. The lens wasn’t even put together. It came essentially in 5 pieces: the overall housing, small lens, bigger lens, portion that seats the smaller lens, and the ring that goes on the inner rim to secure them. Nothing is firmly attached so the glass lenses move around. Also there are no threads to attach it to my Canon lens so even if it was in 1 piece I wouldn’t be able to attach it to my camera. There was no microfiber cleaning cloth. It would be too much of a hassle to try to get 1 part replaced I’m sure (the place it came from Big Mike’s is closed on weekends) so I just will never buy this brand again.
