The app that you download is very easy to use. Simple to set up. Honestly I didn’t even read the directions. The picture quality is amazing. The photo comes with a ton of different options customize your photos. You can add photos or videos and add music and customize messages for each photo. It connects with Wi-Fi. You can even give the code to other people who can add photos to the frame. This is going to be a gift for my mom for mother’s Day and my sister and my niece are able to add photos from their devices that will automatically show up on the frame at her home without them having to be there. I uploaded 100 photos in a matter of seconds, super fast and easy. I love that you can add an SD card to extend the memory which is great because we all have thousands of photos on our phones, well at least I do. I highly recommend this frame it has a great price point for a sweet thoughtful gift that someone will truly cherish. Thinking about getting a few more for gifts.

Seems great! Only 1 issue…
I just got this today. Setup was pretty straightforward and loading the photos was simple and fast. It looks great and we will see how it works in time. My only issue is that I cannot seem to find a setting to get my email off the display screen though.

I cannot generate the code to add a frame despite troubleshooting all possible suggestions. I can’t get it to work and it’s very frustrating and disappointing. Don’t waste your time. I’ll be returning this.

O produto é de boa qualidade, a entrega foi rápida, veio com a tomada padrão americano (02 pinos chatos) tive que usar um adaptador para as tomadas padrão Brasil. O aparelho é de fácil manuseio, o envio das fotos pode ser pelo app, SD Card ou cabo USB. A única observação maior é no tocante a saturação das fotos, achei que as fotos ficam “apagadas” sem cores tão vividas”, mais a resolução é perfeita.
