Well thought out design.
I have installed a few different ones like this and I will say this was the best one so far. I believe it all comes down to the design of the product and this design is very effective.The unlock ability is flawless. The connections are strong and secure. It isn’t heavy or bulky it is very user friendly to install as well. I have zero issues with this brand and it is a Great price.

Good lock! Convenient
If you are a girlie like me, walking into your house with 2 arms filled with Who knows what (on the regular), and cant easily acces your keys to unlock your door, but have a finger to spare to push your fingerprint to unlock it. This is for you.Its also nice when someone needs to get in and they dont have a key. Or when I dont have my keys and am locked out. Good price.

Good Value for the Money But Not Quite Good Enough
I’ve had this unit for a couple of years now but am looking for a replacement. While certainly a good value for the money, a device like this which you rely on every day as the sole means to get in your home needs to a pass a pretty high bar and this one just doesn’t quite make it.The problem in particular concerns the fingerprint reader. If my finger is at all cold or wet from being outside it will fail to recognize it. Simply rubbing it against clothing won’t solve the problem. Worse than this, after failing for a number of times in a row it will lock you out from trying. This wouldn’t be a showstopper except for the fact that when it locks you out it also appears to lock out the alternative method of entering a code on the keypad. Result is I have been stuck outside in the cold a number of times waiting for it to reset and allow me to try again. Other than that the unit has been pretty reliable. The only other issue I have is that the body is all plastic. Luckily no one has tried, but a simple screwdriver could theoretically be used to break it off. Its replacement will need to be made of metal and have a more robust fingerprint reader even if that unfortunately means it will cost more.

It was easy to install and seems to be working very well. I don’t know how long the batteries will last but, I’ll find out soon enough. Looks good and no problems so far.

Strong and safer
My future son in law put this in for me. Works great. No more fumbling for keys. Locks automatically when I leave and come back home. Dead bolt long and sturdy. Feel much safer.

For the price, this thing is awesome. Sometimes the fingerprint doesn’t work but it’s easy to type the code in. I wanted this so that I could lock the front door when I need to step outside for a minute because my dog knows how to open the door when it is unlocked. I also don’t like to carry keys around and with this you don’t have to

Picked out this lock because of the price (was on sale) – but also because I appreciated the simple functionality and look. Had it for about a week now and so far I’m loving it!Installation was very easy – just a screwdriver needed to swap out some screws. (I’ve never changed a deadbolt out before). The instructions that come with it are pretty easy to follow along with to get it set up for the first time. Only took a few minutes.I love that you can program it to have multiple codes, as well as multiple fingerprints. The fingerprint reader works very well – always registering first try and opening very quickly. Super helpful for the kids so they don’t need to carry a key, remember codes, or even have to wrestle with getting the reader to work.Deadbolt turns very smoothly – and this is actually one of the quietest electronic locks I’ve ever had/used. When I turn the beeping/sound function off – I can barely hear that it’s unlocking for me.The construction of the device is decent – but matches the price point. Thin metal exterior, and all plastic interior. My understanding is that there are some spool pins in the tumbler to provide some resistance to quick picking.So far, I’m very happy with this choice. Function wise – I love it way more than all of the more expensive electronic locks I’ve had on homes. We’ll have top wait and see how long it takes before breaking down!

Got it installed today, had to trim the wood inside the door to make it fit but it was easy with a chisel. Setup was easy and straight forward. Fingerprint works nice and quick so far. Got the codes set up also. Will come back in a few months to see how it holds up.
