Survived bathtub and toilet
If I could rate this higher, I would. I am absolutely obsessed with these earphones. I am bedbound and wear earphones all day long to listen to books.COMFORT:I have never in my ENTIRE life found earphones that fit my smallish ears (even with changing the rubber sizing and no matter how expensive). After about an hour, all earphones hurt. (Don’t even get me started on the hard earphones. Those are an immediate no because of pain). I was FLABBERGASTED when these fit (didn’t even have to change sizing) and didn’t hurt at all. They’re so comfortable that I forget I’m wearing them completely. Now, this is a great thing and a bad thing because they’ve now taken a swim in a soapy bathtub and in the toilet because I forgot they were even in my ears. I cannot feel them, which is a totally new experience for me with earphones. I also will fall asleep on my side with them in accidentally. I’ll feel them and don’t really recommend that but it’s still not painful.LONGEVITY:They’re obviously water resistant. They beep if they get water in them. Learned that from experience. They work perfectly fine after their little swims. I’ve had them for several months now, using them about 14 hours per day every day, not exaggerating. They’re so lightweight but fit so well that they never fall out. I haven’t tried working out in them but they don’t fall when walking or rolling in my bed. This is shocking because all others ALWAYS fall out from walking or barely turning my head or bending over.QUALITY:Again, SHOCKED. The sound cancellation is surprisingly good. It has 3 different settings and I can easily change through them with the app or tapping and holding the side button. I’ve used these on 6 different plane rides over my Bose noise cancelling over the head headphones. While those do cancel noise better, the soundcore were easier to keep on throughout the whole day and easier to store because they’re tiny. The noise cancellation on the soundcore during the flight was good enough to cancel out a lot of the plane and surrounding noises. There is a very noticeable difference. I also love that there’s a transparency mode. I use that often so I can hear who is coming in and out of the house while I’m home alone.I have accidentally ripped apart the earphones exposing the electronic interior (after accidentally soaking in water). I thought I was a goner but I just pushed it back together and they worked perfectly still. I was amazed. Even if it didn’t work, I would’ve bought more instantly. I love these so much.The text to speech and microphone for calls is not amazing but I don’t use it for that. I like that you can connect it to multiple devices at once so I always have it connected to my iPad and phone. You just have to make sure your phone is silent when using another device at the same time or your phone will take over the sound.APP:The app is awesome. You can locate your earphones if you’ve lost them by making them ping. I only wish you could ping the whole thing while the earphones are in the case. That is literally my ONLY con.I love that you can pick and make your own soundscapes or have them made for you. The music is so relaxing.CONTROL BUTTONS:Barely have to touch. Work great. I use one touch to pause my audiobooks. Two touches to decrease volume. Three to increase volume. Long hold to change noise cancellation level. You don’t have to press hard but they’re also not too sensitive. They don’t react to me pressing my head into a pillow but sometimes react to certain materials (think the fingertips of gloves you can use with phones). However, this is not common.APPEARANCE:I ADORE the light blue. It’s pale and not overpowering. It’s a calming, “coastal” blue. The case is nice and lightweight. Very easy to throw in any bag. They look very pretty in.ADDED BONUS:These are CHEAP. For the quality they should be much more expensive.I HIGHLY recommend these. They’re more comfortable than Air Pods, bose, beats, and tozo (the other earphones I’ve tried in the past).

Anker Soundcore P30i buds.First and foremost I want to be clear that I am rating these buds purely on their own merit. Without their software, without any Equalizer, just on how they perform straight out of the box.Baseus and Tozo and Jlabs are some of the names when we think of Budget Bass Buds. And for those who are looking for good, clean bass… I’d compare these with Jlabs. For bass, right out of the box, playing music with bass in it, they deliver a clear, audible thump, without the actual pounding vibration. Right now, I’m listening to Cry Little Sister, from the Lost Boys soundtrack, at volume EIGHT. (That’s not even halfway up my volume bar from my phone).And the base tune soundstage is really, really good. Especially for a bass tuned base. The vocals, and background vocals are right up front. Crisp, clear, and don’t sound like they are being overwhelmed by anything. And I can definitely hear every hit from the bass drums, as well as count the cords on the keyboard.Now I’m at 12, and those bass drums are starting to pound. Other than it’s significantly louder, I’m still hearing good clarity of the different ranges. I can’t say this for my Tozo T18 Crystal buds, without tuning.My Baseus BP1 pros would be creeping over the midrange at this volume on the base tune.Ok, now I’m at 18. A lot louder than I usually listen to. The highs are much more prominent over the lows. Which is the opposite of how a lot of bass speakers work.Honestly, this kind of division of the ranges from a single driver speaker is kind of surprising, especially at 20 to 25 dollars.Battery life is good too. I have a 10 hour day. 2 hours on the bus, 8 hour shift at work. With the ANC turned on, they need a quick charge at lunch to carry me home. With ANC turned off, yeah, I can get back in the door before they need to be charged. Sometimes just barely, if I’ve had them cranked up.ANC- on the bus they do pretty good. Cuts down a lot of the engine and sound noise from the bus. I can still hear people talking next to me, but at about half what it would be without the buds in.At work? Well it’s so noisy at work even full blown ear muffs aren’t making it good.Feel- ok this is subjective, because my right ear canal is different from my left. In my right, I can feel a bit of pressure when I put them in. But once in, they’re quite comfortable, and I can fall asleep with them in, as a side-sleeper.Bluetooth is good. Stays connected as long as I’m in range, and range is definitely acceptable. Definitely better than the chap 17 dollar Onn buds I have. Easy to pair also.My only real complaint is no front panel to show the charge on the batteries.All said the bass isn’t as deep on the base soundstage as Tozo delivers, but it’s cleaner. Tozo also offers much better options in their software, as does Baseus, in some ways.I DO like a lot that SoundCore went the route of making the stems wider, instead of longer. Having long hair, it’s less likely to get caught on the stems, and pull them out.Speaking of pulling them out. I decided to do some headbanging. My glasses flew off but these buds didn’t budge.Overall though I have no regrets at all, buying these very good sounding set of inexpensive buds.

You won’t find wireless earbuds with this level of performance and features anywhere near this price. This brand punches way above its weight when it comes to delivering quality without the premium price tag.I use these daily—at the gym, on long commutes, and while walking outdoors. Bought these on black (week?) sale for about 50% off. I must say, just listening first time without any adjustments in the awesome app (Soundcore app), these have great sound and value. I would have bought them at full price if I knew they sounded this good. And another major plus is the battery life, the case gives you major flexibility, quick to charge as well.Just a pair of great fitting (for me) and great sounding pair of small wireless earbuds.Also, the charging case doubles as a phone stand as well. It is just awesome design.Comes with one pair of silicone (I think?) buds fitted to the earbuds and three(!) more pairs in the box, you will most likely find the ones fitting best for you.Great sound, great fit, great value. Five stars all the way!
