PERFECT FIT – Our design fits your Bose soundbar speaker in an identical method to the Bose mount, but gives you the adjustability that is not available with the official Bose mount. just as described. only negative note was that the mounts don’t extend beyond the tv off of the wall far enough to expose the top speakers of soundbar. still no deal breaker. tv used was samsung du9000 98′ and 300 lb tilt mount from best buy. top speakers on soundbar still didn’t clear. but still perfectly happy with purchase.

The drywall mounts it comes with are trash, the mount it self it’s great I appreciate how well it hides all the wires and is super easy to mount. It would be 5 stars if it came with more heavy duty drywall mounts. The mounts that came with it broke and would spin when trying to tighten it all the way.

Perfect Mount. Buy it.
For a mount like this, there are so many options to choose from it’s hard to pick one. The sliding/adjustable concept is why I chose it and it did not disappoint. It allows for a little wiggle room if your wall mounts aren’t perfectly placed. That being said, this was still a measure thrice, cut once situation. Minus one star on install for the supplied template (bose 500), it’s not perfectly to scale. Each bracket has two holes for the wall anchors and the template works for those measurements. Do NOT use the template to mark the distance between the brackets. Grab your level, pencil, and measuring tape. The best part is the sliding feature. It allows you to easily set up the wiring and placement of the soundbar before you tighten it down. Take your time with the wall anchors, you’ll need a drill bit that’s slightly smaller than the diameter of the anchor. If you drill a hole that’s too small, the anchor will start to deform when you start tapping it in. The last detail is drilling the hole for your wires. I temporarily mounted the soundbar and marked a few spots on the wall to make sure the hole was centered. I gradually increased the size of the hole until I could pull the wires through. I took my time, trying to keep the hole as small as possible so it wouldn’t be visible. With some additional cable management, it took about 1.5 hours taking my time.
