Was impressed that they got Part 95 authorization, pleasantly surprised by bargain price, happy the radios arrived quickly and knocked out by the range and clarity of these radios. One half to 2 miles is the norm but from mountaintop to valley (with some trees and hill in ways; not perfect line of sight) 6 miles has been achieved. Using for neighborhood watch/fire alert group. Have also programmed one for ham band and they sound great on a repeater. First radio my wife likes keeping in her purse (because of the slim light build.)Retevis has been great. Every question answered quickly and thoroughly. Had prob with 1 of 60 radios ordered so far and they were quick to respond and diligente in checking up. Their enthusiasm and getting FCC clearance demonstrates they aim to be serious players in the 2 way radio market. I will continue to order from them and highly recommend the company and their radios!

Great for Staying in Touch!
We purchased these radios for staff to use in a senior living community. They worked great! Their small size could be tucked into pockets, the reception was great throughout the building and the sound was very clear! Being able to recharge them was a huge plus!

Damn near perfect!
The last 20 radios that I bought made a total of 70 for me. I’ve gifted a lot of them and sold a lot to coworkers. I’ve found countless situations where the direct communication is super convenient and useful. With that being said, I’ve received my first few radios with bad batteries. Won’t take charge but the radios work if I swap the batteries out.

Great range for a little radio
I bought these for an outdoor club to use during events. When they arrived I passed out sets to have tested by various members. Some of the members lived about 1.5 to 2 miles from each other and were able to use the radios over that distance. They appear to be rugged with a short antenna that would be difficult to break. I like that they charge by Mini-USB so they don’t all have to be returned to a single drop charger when we are doing a multiple day or overnight event.

Había usado radios midland y quise probar esto Retevis. Una de las principales ventajas es que la batería es 300mA mayor y tiene más durabilidad, además se escuchan mejor y más claro. El material es de muy buena calidad y su construcción es sólida.La única desventaja que les vi es que no se puede escuchar a radios de otras marcas. Si tú hablas de un retevis te escuchan pero si te hablan no escuchas.
