    Razer is back
Razer has always made good mice, but they would always break on me. The quality was really bad back then. But in the last 2 years Razer has upped their quality. This mouse is extremely lightweight. Optical switches instead of mechanical, feels good, no double clicking. Good cable, feels lightweight and moveable. The lighting on this mouse is very minimal, its barely even noticable, so dont buy this if youre hoping for something flashy. Textured material can take some time to get used to, but not a big deal. Side buttons feel very clicky, ive heard people had side button issues, we will see in a year. Ive had scroll wheels on the Razer Deathadder break and go into a free spin, we will see how this one fares. Overall i like this mouse, it doesnt have a whole lot of features, but its lightweight and i like the optical switches.Also. Why is Razer Synapse nearly 400mb?!8.

just like the viper mini besides DPI button
need a mouse to surf the internet do office work and casually play games? Buy this mousenow if you’re looking for a gaming review here you go, i was a die hard viper mini fan, i was at my highest skill level on that mouse and I swore by it to everyone who used CLAW grip, even relaxed claw. At the end of the day it’s important to remember before you buy a mouse you must know what the shape of the mouse caters to. It could be a 3 million dollar mouse and if your hand grip doesn’t work with it, it’ll be a tough time for gaming, but that doesn’t apply to Internet surfing and office work, any shape is essentially fine. Identify what your mouse grip is before you buy a mouse, and see if it is commonly liked with those with the same grip as you. This mouse is 100% for claw grip users or for people with really small handsThis mouse is not really a hybrid where other grip users can get away with using it. It is predominantly claw in my opinionThe game i play which is fortnite (sometimes valorant) got stale for a little, i got bored and decided to try a new mouse. The mouse I tried was the viper minis “closest” competitor, the HyperX Pulsefire Haste. IF YOU ARE CLAW GRIP. AND TRYING TO DECIDE BETWEEN THE VIPER MINI (COBRA PRO) AND THE PULSEFIRE HASTE , PLEASE GET THE RAZER COBRA PRO.i would elaborate on why i dislike the hyperx mouse and the problems i had but its not important. long story short, a couple weeks ago i bit the bullet and bought the new version of the viper mini , the Razer cobra pro.The mouse is exactly the same as the viper mini but a change in shape of the dpi button. The sensor is the same which is a common complaint but the mouse makes up for it in its click latency. just like the viper mini did. the sensor only takes a week to get used to, although i noticed a change in quality of sensor compared to the HyperX Pulsefire haste it was nothing to lose sleep over. and only took my brain a couple days to get used to the sensor. Regardless of sensor, even when i first plugged it in i was instantly better than my previous mouse.my only complaint is the dpi button, i bind it to a keyboard bind and i use it to reload in my games. first couple of days I had trouble pressing it and i would accidentally left click/shoot. Ive gotten better with it tho, I still prefer the old dpi button but i definitely can’t complain. For claw grip there’s no other mouse like the viper mini. Ahem i mean the cobra pro ..Quality mouse, and for a great price. G Pro Superlights break all the time, at least when you have to replace your Razer mouse it’s only 40 dollars. If you’re smacking your mouse around all the time playing Fortnite all mouses are bound to break at some point. If this shape works for you it will definitely save you money in the long run when the inevitable mouse break happens and you have to get a new one. I could see this mouse actually lasting forever if someone was using it for less abrupt mouse movements like valorant , counter strike, Minecraft, etc. thoughWorried about the cord? Make the jump and order a mouse bungee too if you don’t already have one. Youre already here on amazon. It is a neccessity, no negotiation. Dont make things hard for yourself, if you get a wired mouse, order a mouse bungee and all will be fine.Im not even a big Razer buff, all my other equipment are different brands. but this mouse is a quality mouse for its price and holds up against the best of the best. seriously, this was a long time ago and im sure it’s different now but they did a test and the viper mini was top 5 among mouses like FinalMouse. Ive tried plenty of mice and for claw grip this is absolutely without a doubt my favorite.TLDR; claw grip? small hands? buy itnot claw grip? don’t buy

    Good, but overpriced
I hear people talking about big hands, small hands, etc. I find my hand to be normal, I guess. For me, I would say that if the mouse were any smaller, it would be too small. The material that it is made out of has a very mild abrasive feel to it and as a result it makes it feel comfortable to grip and hold. It is accurate, and quite fast when moving it around. Buttons are clicky and solid. Scroll wheel has a nice grip to it and it feels rigid when moving, yet at the same time smooth. Not loose like on the basilisk V3 that I am sending back. To me it feels better than the basilisk. The scroll wheel on the basilisk felt as if it was skipping when I would move it. The Cobra feels very light, yet at the same time very well built. Solid. The only thing wrong with this mouse is that it is overpriced. If this thing were $25 or less, it would sell like hotcakes, in my opinion. Also, it does offer a button to change the DPI, and you can change the RGB on it. I am going to keep it.

Muy buen mouse, si se siente ligero pero nada incómodo. La iluminación no es molesta y el cable se siente de calidad y duradero. Los clicks y botones se sienten de calidad también.

Just from using it for 1-2~ months the scroll start to overshot and or jumps all over the place. I can’t read anything or play with it!

For me (a 6’1″ man with somewhat stubby hands), this is an ideal size and weight. I don’t like mice that are too tall. With this one, my hand fits over it in a relaxed pose, rather than tilted up or feeling like I have to work to just hold it.Also, I’ve found it to be pretty reliable so far (I’ve had it for about 11 months now, and use it heavily throughout the day for my work as a VFX artist) and have zero complaints about its responsiveness or accuracy. The reliability is especially noteworthy to me because, prior to purchasing this mouse, I had had some bad luck with some cheaper models that, though they were comfortable to use, simply broke after a mere few months of my daily grind.

This is to replace my Viper Mini which after a year of gaming the left button is loose. It still works fine but it does rattle. I hope this Cobra will will not have the same problem.I like Razer mice but unwilling to pay premium prices. These budget minis suit me just fine.Deathadder V2 Mini is nice but too low on the right which cause my pinkie to rub on the mouse mat.Viper Mini has a comfortable shape but the left button did not last long.Logitech G102 has a shape I like but the switches are too sensitive which caused many accidental right clicks. Besides, they are still mechanical switches whereas Razer mice have optical.
