Waste of money
Mine will go to the loading screen only when something is not in the disc part then it doesn’t work. I bought it play not to just sit there waste of my money.

Scratched but overall okay
Well packed, with a lot of bubble wrap, console is also working great, it has some scratches even though I paid for one which is supposed to be on excellent condition, anyway no other physical damages, it’s reading games properly, disc tray is working. Overall I’m happy with it.Now, I read pretty bad reviews about this product I think it’s like 3 stars out of 5, so I had my doubts but before I did any purchase I made sure of picking the seller with best reviews on their seller page, Amazon might pick a random one but I had to look one by one, I ended up ordering from this seller CaveGamers, because I read good stuff about them online, so please make sure to pick the right seller before buying.I still fine $165 kind of expensive for a console with scratches, I could’ve went to a yard sale or look online and I would get one in better shape for less. But I guess a few scratches can’t make everything look bad, especially when they took a lot of care with the packaging.

Almost $200 paperweight
I bought this Christmas time because my other PS2 had stopped working. I bought that one on Amazon also but I had for like six years. So when it stopped working I had no problem buying from Amazon again. It worked great fresh out the box. I was so excited to be able to play my games again. So fast forward 116 days… now it won’t read any disc. Now if I used it everyday then I could probably not be irritated to death about this but I might play every few weeks when I have time. The last time I played was probably the first of March. Now after the 90 day guarantee it’s no longer working like they literally meant 90 days. After paying $165 or $185 I can’t remember but it’s basically a paperweight at this point. Now I have to buy another one because I have mint condition Fight for NY and want to play it…

Great Functionally not Excellent Condition (Bought excellent condition)
Works Great no problems at all. I did pay a little extra to get the excellent condition and it came with a crap ton of scratches on it and not even a PlayStation branded controller just some no brand controller which works good no complaints as far as the functionality of the controller. As I stated before I payed a little extra for the excellent condition and it was just scratched like crazy at that point I should’ve just payed for the acceptable condition and I could’ve gotten one that wasn’t scratched in amazing condition for $200 which I didn’t want to go that route since I saw these and thought it would be a great alternative you are and you are not getting what you expect when you get the excellent condition. Maybe they all don’t come like this but mine did. Great system though!!!

I can’t seem to play my games, it makes a high pitched noise and then it goes onto the browser and system cofiguration menu. Turns out to be region locked.1. I should have read the description properly. My bad.2. There shouln’t be region locked consoles displayed to buyers from other countries and /or regions abroad.
