Great entry set
Easy to install, love the app. So much easier to configure through the app vs. our old one with no app. So easy to add fingerprint or code. Also get notifications when each code or fingerprint is used. Have not had issues with fingerprint recognition. But have only had for few weeks.

Good Smart Lock
I bought 2 of these for two different townhomes and so far they have been pretty good.I do wish there was a sensor to tell when the door was closed before the lock engages.The finger print reader is a little finicky and it always seems to be when I am carrying a lot. Perhaps that’s when my finger positioning is not great. But the PIN code is almost as fast so not a big deal.So far I am happy with it.

We already recently installed one of these Philips smart locks on our vacation property and like it enough that we are going to install another one. This smart lock has most of the key features that you want in a smart lock, including multiple ways to lock/unlock it (via app, keypad, fingerprint, and old-school key), pretty decent app for managing the lock and options (the entry codes can be one-time, time-period limited, recurring as well as unlimited access). The fingerprint access works well (at least so far) and is a nice option to have for those folks who are regularly using the lock.What I wish this smart lock had was a rechargeable battery (rather than taking 4 AA batteries)–that may be informed by the fact that another smart lock we have (not by Philips) chews through batteries like crazy, and in this era of rechargeable batteries, that seems wasteful. I also would have liked to see some sort of an exterior charging port that could be used to “jump start” this lock if you happen to have the batteries run out of power so that you can still open the lock without the physical key. It’s not clear whether this lock can be re-keyed to use an existing key; hey, Philips, can you please update your information to clarify this, since it’s nice to know if this is possible.The lever handle included with this lock is attractive and feels sturdy; it’s a step up from the typical door knobs, so a nice way to upgrade the look of your door.Note that this smart lock is only truly “smart” if you pair it with the Wifi bridge that you have to buy separately. That will allow you to access the lock remotely to lock/unlock it as well as manage it and the users/access codes. Without the Wifi bridge, you have to be physically next to the lock to use a Bluetooth connection between your phone (with the app) and the lock.

We’ve been through 3 other wifi locks in 2 years. This one, by far is the best. Recognizes fingerprint well, well made, overall much better than most the other ones with the reviews that don’t make sense.

Works as advertised
Installation was a breeze. The smart deadbolt works flawless so far. The app is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend anybody thinking about buying this lock to just do it

Nice lock but was missing an important screw
I have installed another one of these deadbolt locks in my house. My biggest gripe is that it requires a WiFi bridge for the Bluetooth to connect to, which then gets you on your WiFi so you can access it with your phone from anywhere. A drawback is that the bridge needs to be close enough for the deadbolt to communicate via Bluetooth. In this case I had to install another bridge because it was too far away from the first bridge I installed, because that lock is on the other end of the house. I would recommend just get the lock with the build in WiFi. Everything installed pretty easily, but I was missing one of the two screws that hold the handle to the door. This was a pretty major part because it is what secures the handle to the door. Thankfully I am pretty handy and was able to buy one long enough from the big box store, but I had to fabricate the head so it could act as a counter sunk screw and then paint it black. They did not sell the flathead countersunk style in the length needed.
