You can’t beat it for about $20!
This is exactly what I was looking for to do hands free videos with my smart phone. Works great. So far I have only used the chest holder because I wear a hat when I’m fishing.

Simple System and a Reasonable Price
Riding a bicycle a lot when I camp I have long put off getting a camera harness and finally purchased this which was a reasonable price. It gave me a little trouble getting set up and adjusting the fit but after that is works well. I did try the head unit also but prefer the body harness which works really well and quite steady. I need to give the head unit another workout which is easy to put on but will take a little more work though to use. I realized that you have to pay attention how you move your head while riding as constant or short sideway looks can get distracting in the video. In my view the head unit worked better in the horizontal position vs the vertical which made it, with my phone, top heavy and did not take a steady video. For the money it is a good system making it easy to document your rides.

Good for casual use
A decent strap as long as you’re not doing anything that involves a lot of movement. The instructions are borderline useless. I found the headstrap uncomfortable, but the chest one is decent, although a bit tight. I do lift and have a large chest so I had to push the straps to their limit. Quality seems okay for the price.

Great product for capturing those moments where you really need your hands free.
The straps on the head piece are secure enough to fit even MY tiny little pin head WITH the weight of my heavy phone on it, so that was pretty impressive. I haven’t actually tried the chest piece yet, but if it is anything like the headpiece I feel like I can rest easy knowing it will be kept safe and secure. The grips on the phone cradle are good quality rubber with little traction grips to keep it securely in place, and it is very adjustable to fit even the larger model phones. It is highly adjustable for camera angles, and it allows you to see what is being recorded easily enough by simply pointing your eyes upward a bit to see the screen as you are recording, so you know you are getting a good shot. although I can’t speak for how good that is going to be on your eyes, being so close to the screen, But once you get the angle sorted, you shouldn’t really have to look as once the angle is set, it stays pretty securely in place and doesn’t droop or shift easily. It fit me perfectly right out of the box, but for people with larger heads, some adjustment may be required. The only real drawback is it kind of makes you look funny when using the head piece.

Not as good as the reviews tell you
I am a skier and wanted a mount for my phone to capture video while skiing. There are many brands of mounts for phone and camera. So to test some of them, I ordered four. The other three were ,Sametop, BRDRC, and Tamsuo.1- the straps this mount and BRDRC and Tamsou are the same. Sametop has a better quality strap and different locking system.2- BRDRC has a spring loaded phone holder, while the other ones have hard adjustments with a screw that you turn to adjust to the size of your phone. You have to make sure the screw does not turn loose while skiing.3- This and BRDC have a one piece phone holder that does not allow you to rotate your phone. To rotate the phone, you must use the mounting hole on the back of the piece instead of the bottom one and loosen the small bolt to rotate the phone and the tighten it which is difficult to do with just your finger. There are no tools provided to do that. Sametop and Tansuo come with two piece holders that can let you rotate the phone on the fly.3- All three except for Sametop come with a head strap that I think is useless for holding a heavy phone. Most skiers have gopro type mounts on top of their helmets for camera.Result: Tansuo comes with easy to rotate mount and lots of accessories and generic strap plus a tool to tighten the screws. Sametop also comes with easy to rotate mount and more comfortable and better designed strap, but no head strap. It’s screw has wings and is easier to tighten with your fingers.

Face the grip correctly
It works! I got a little upset when I thought I assembled it correctly and the grip wouldn’t stay upright. If I bend or tilt forward, the phone would immediately face down. I knew something was wrong, so I disassembled and viewed some photos. I got it figured out and it’s perfect. It will not move around during activity if you assemble it correctly. PLEASE pay attention to the steps, so your holder won’t face down. I even took my own photos and tried my best to give instructions. The last 4 photos I post, are the most crucial to a perfect assembly. If I can do it, anyone can. Goodluck ! (:

I utilize a strap chest harness to secure my phone while cycling, particularly when recording videos during my mountain rides. This harness effectively keeps my phone stable and secure. Additionally, there are alternative options available, such as the headband mount. The quality is excellent, and it is quite reasonably priced.
