Good enough
Excellent quality and sound. Now for the rough part. If you purchase two of them and try to pair them with your device it takes a little bit of doing. The instructions while they seem clear are a little confusing. If you really need help you can find videos online or instructions online that will help you better understand how to pair both with your device. I wouldn’t call these compact but they are not large they’re about 6 to 8 inches tall maybe a little bit taller than that but definitely not more than a foot. The lights work well once you do get the speakers paired with your device they work well and they do have Bluetooth connectivity. The battery life seems adequate. So I think this would be a good buy as they are not overpriced for what they do.

A bargain, and Impressively good customer service
I was looking for a portable speaker to replace a JBL that stopped charging. This was on sale at the time (as I’ve now learned it seems to often be), and with free returns I couldn’t resist giving it a try for the bargain price. It has a good reviews for sound and battery life.Far from disappointed, I was impressed. The sound is certainly better than I expected, and it cranks out more volume than I expected too. Battery life is fantastic. Pairing is super easy, and I can move around all over my house with my phone without losing connectivity. It hits all the bases.When I’d only had it about 2 weeks, I noticed that it came up even more steeply discounted for Prime Day. having a second one was attractive to me for several reasons. First, I need a portable speaker to play background music all day when I’m traveling for work. A second one ensures I can get thru a long day without needing to charge, provides a backup in case of failure, and (best) gives the option of pairing the two speakers together for more volume and better immersive sound.I jumped at the opportunity to grab a second speaker. It was at my door in just two days, and I unboxed it and worked on pairing the two speakers together before I even charged it up to full. The problem was that I could not for the life of me get the two speakers to pair together. The instructions are quite clear so I was pretty confident I was doing it right. If something was wrong with one of the speakers, I wouldn’t know how to determine which one.I wrote to the company to inquire about next steps… The next day I had a message back letting me know that the speaker had just recently been updated, and there might be pairing Issues between old and new batches. They offered to send me another newer speaker for free. That came, again in just two days, and easily paired with the newer of the two speakers I had bought.I was a little frustrated with the time I had wasted initially, but now I have an extra speaker to boot, and couldn’t be more pleased. Despite my high satisfaction with the product, I probably wouldn’t have written this review but for the wonderful customer service I received. I now have three working speakers for a good bit less than what I might have spent for one JBL replacement.. I know from experience that the expensive ones eventually fail, and honestly, I think I prefer two of these paired together to one slightly more powerful JBLSide note on the lights going I couldn’t care much less about the lights, but I imagine plenty of people appreciate them. What I appreciate is that they’ve made it easy to turn off the lights, and the instructions are all pretty concise and clear.

Good speaker for the money
For the price it’s a very nice speaker, it gets pretty loud but the only thing it’s lacking is the bass isn’t super punchy, but it’s still alright. I recommend this if you don’t wanna spend $100 for a JBL. I use it in my garage when I workout and it’s perfect for that, and the battery last a very long time.

Actually impressed
I went from using a JBL Flip 2 to this, and the quality is so much better. Granted, the Flip 2 is over 10 years old, but this one easily blasts it out of the water. It’s much louder and the quality is just as clear. If you can get it for under $20, it’s definitely a steal. I’d definitely recommend it as a gift, but be mindful of who and why you’re giving it to someone. If they’re going to be traveling on a cruise, definitely not a good gift, because I understand some cruise lines are banning its use (I guess these things are just too loud for some to find tolerable). Otherwise, it’s still really powerful, despite how compact it is. My only complaint: the cables that come with it are too small… I don’t care to test the bluetooth, because I actually have come to hate bluetooth, in general. Nothing beats the overall audio quality of a hardwired 3.5mm connection.Something I do miss between this device and the Flip 2: Flip 2 had a auto-shutoff function. Great if you use it for devices to put you to sleep, because it’ll also deactivate on its own. Otherwise, not a big loss. Auto shutoff was annoying too, because when the sound was too low (even if it was at suitable volume levels), it would shutdown anyway. Not exactly ideal, especially for my purposes of sleep where I actually want the volume to be low. Meant having to put the volume higher than I would’ve really wanted. Kind of silly… A device should be able to recognize it’s still playing audio so it doesn’t auto shutoff at lower volumes… Regardless, this feature isn’t on a lot of devices these days, and not even on newer JBL speakers, so I guess they never found a way to utilize such a function without the issue I mentioned or something. Whatever, I’m still really happy with this speaker.

Questo speaker stereo devo dire mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso per le caratteristiche riscontrate.Possiede un audio davvero potente, tanto da poter essere usato anche per festini in casa.La riproduzione rimane sempre cristallina senza alcuna distorsione, neanche al volume massimo con equalizzatore attivo.Nota ancora più positiva risiede nella corpositá dei bassi, che pompano in maniera ben distinta, sopratutto se attivato il boost tramite apposito pulsante (da cui è possibile selezionare 3 tipologie di equalizzazione : vocal per esaltare il parlato, pop per esaltare la musica nei mid e nei bassi , ed appunto infine la possibilità di attivare i bassi avanzati con cui far saltare casa).L’illuminazione dei led reagiscono con i bassi della musica, cambiando colore o pulsando a ritmo. Che è possibile disattivare premendo due volte consecutivamente il pulsante “EQ”.La possibilità di riprodurre musica sia da bluetooth, che da memory card SD, che da cavo aux, rende questo speaker altamente versatile.La carica della batteria ha una lunga durata, oltre ogni mia aspettativa. Infatti adoperandolo a circa il 60/70% del volume, per circa 8/9 ore a settimana, l’ho portato all’esaurimento dell’acqua carica dopo circa 3 settimane . Oltretutto le batterie utilizzate devono essere di buona fattura poiché anche lasciandole per un intera settimana spento, la carica viene mantenuta senza cali di energia (diversamente dagli altri speaker di basso costo, in cui la batteria si esaurisce anche a dispositivo spento data la loro infima qualità) .Che dire, avevo intenzione di acquistare uno speaker sony o jbl, le cui recensioni erano sempre negative nella riproduzione dei bassi, quindi ho voluto virare su un prodotto ad un costo di almeno inferiore di un terzo, ritrovandomi un prodotto di gran lunga superiore ai brand blasonati, che di elevato hanno solo il prezzo di vendita.Consiglio vivamente l’acquisto di questo speaker, ma ancor più ne consiglio la Coppia, poiché con un altra unità è possibile ampliare tutte le qualora che ho appena elencato, dato che attraverso l’apposito tasto, si accoppiano per creare un audio stereo a doppia unità con effetti di equalizzatori ancora più evidenti.In cui la qualità audio diviene talmente tanto evidente, che il livello audio a metà riempie abbondantemente una stanza intera con estremamente potenti da poter essere usato persino all’aperto senza esserti coperto da rumori di traffico e simili.Personalmente è lo speaker che tutti dovrebbero avere a questo prezzo. Oltretutto è davvero sprecato utilizzato per musica “moscia”, infatti esalta il meglio di sé con musica techno, elettronica, dance e tunz tunz da tamarri 😁 grazie ai bassi molto ben solido ed espansivi.
