The replacement works flawless…
I had one before that I was happy with, but I gave it to my brother and bought a new one for me. I got one with a faulty Bluetooth (showed up, but was unable to connect to anything – I’ve tried 3 phones and a laptop). It was useless, so I returned it without any problem.Then I got an email from Lizebest, offering a free replacement. It was a surprise since this is a really low priced item, I did not expected to follow up the problems. Long story short, I received the replacement that works fine with Torque (android), just as expected. Even with my Saab, which is a bit picky with devices. Aside the initial failure with a faulty piece it is well worth its price. It can do the same as the more expensive ones.If you have problem with connecting the Bluetooth after pairing, you can try to chose the device from the Torque device menu.Bottom line: very friendly customer service and good product.

Such an amazing product. My husband uses this for all of our vehicles to monitor the motor and everything else. He uses this on not only our vehicles but friends as well to help find anything wrong or look at codes thrown. There is an app he has downloaded on his phone and our tablet that is easy to use and paired to the adapter. So many of his friends loved it so much that they went out and bought one themselves. It gives us an ease on mind to be able to see all of the specifics of our vehicles and (100) make sure they are running correctly. This is very easy to use. Just plug it in under the dash of your car, download the app of your phone, tablet, or computer and pair it. It is durable and has been used many times with many different vehicles and has worked flawlessly. It was packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner.

Obd resource enhanced codes scanner is bogus!
So I bought this scanner to check my car when I got it I went to down load the app faslink x and it told me my android phone was too new believe that so I’m stuck with that an app and I can’t run the device so on top of that I took the scanner code and when I scan the code it took me to another site and beware if anybody else gets this this site called fraavy.com I thought it was a site for the app and so they wanted me to register and put my credit card in there and they said that they were not going to charge me but it was just to register and it was nothing but a scam that had nothing to do with the scanner so now I’m off to the bank to try to get this off of my account before it hits the whole thing is just been a nightmare for this stupid scanner do not buy absolutely worthless how can they sell a product that’s not updated to the equipment that you using it’s crazy

Quirky OBD2 Adapter that CAN work but is likely more of a hassle than it is worth the cheaper price.
I feel somewhat ambivalent about how to rate this product. When I first received the bluetooth OBD2 adaptor from Fineed, I immediately went to test it out on a Chevy Equinox ’07. It worked flawlessly and my father asked me to order two more for his and my mother’s cars. The day after, I attempted to use the adapter again and for some reason it just would not pair with the apps I was recommended to use on my Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone.After doing some extensive google searches, I found that these “blue” OBD2 adapters are mostly Chinese knock-offs that are known to have multiple issues and pairing problems. I was ready to return the product but found a workaround:Even though the apps I was using were saying it wasn’t paired to the adapter, it could still read and clear engine codes through the app. Personally the only reason why I purchased this product was for specifically being able to see the codes displayed on my car and to be able to clear them, so it functionally works for me, but not without its share of hassles.If you do not want to deal with these potential hiccups, you are better off searching on amazon for the OBD2 adapters that are slightly longer and are usually colored black or dark gray. They are known to work a bit better.

Nothing is hidden but you have to do your homework.
Finding where to plug it in was the hard part. The results were too numerous for me to understand but the basics were presented in a clear display. But with a good app ( I didn’t go with the one suggested because all the data is shared with China) all will be revealed. Check the apps at the app store and look at how the data is tracked and whether it shares the user ID.

Awesome product that can save you money!
I bought this so I could quickly check my car when the check engine light goes on. And for my purposes, it works great! I use the Torque app on my Android phone. Initial setup was painless, and even though I didn’t use the included software, I was able to get it to work with a very popular application.All I have to do is turn on the Bluetooth on my phone, connect my scanner adapter and after a few seconds I can check my DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), look up what they mean and what triggers them, and after I finish doing my repair, I clear the codes from memory! Its really fast and easy to use. Most definitely an item of quality for a great price. I may buy a couple of these as gifts for my car buddies!
