Fantastic opens up a lot of opportunities with you car. Make sure to learn some German though. Pro plan would work but ultimate allows more freedom

DO NOT BUY!
Bought the pro package. Tried connecting it with Android and IOS didn’t work. Tried connecting it with different Audi/VW did not work. It won’t connect to Bluetooth , save your money and get VCDS

Professional tool that will save you money
The quality was as expected per description, this is a must have diagnostic tool on Audi, VW. Speed of the device is very good. Ease of use will require some time as it has a lot of features that are not straight forward. The value is an excellent beginner and professional alike.

Easy to use but lacking in older models
Really good for reading error codes, expected more personalization (i.e. ability to program new battery), but car model is slightly older so that might be why I didn’t have it. Expensive but really easy to use and more reliable than alternatives

works like a $100 code scanner but not many one click apps as advertised, and most desirable features are locked behind a paywall, 100 credits for like $28 and longcoding function for like $40. would much rather use my more complicated but no fee to operate VCDS hex usb cable.

Account required, Must pay for “credits” to use this device
The device itself is fine but feels over priced especially when considering you cannot use it for free after purchase. Basic feature usage requires you pay for “credits”. If I change a feature toggle in my car, that’s between 10 and 20 credits. Why bother paying nearly $200 just to get caught with on going fees. If this device didn’t require an account and have you free use after, I would give it 5 stars. If hidden fees or limited use without paying more is the game, this should cost A LOT less, in my opinion.

A upgrade from the original!
I have two Audi and they are a must to keep a eye on the state of my cars. These are certainly much fast than the original when it comes to connecting and scanning. It still takes a 60-90 second to to a full scan, but that is way faster than the 3-4mins compared to the old.

Jag är väldigt besviken på OBDeleven. Flera gånger har jag betalat för tjänster som inte har aktiverats eller som visat “inte tillgänglig” precis som på bilden. Varje gång man vill aktivera eller stänga av en funktion måste man betala 5 USD, men trots att det står att jag har 100 credits har jag inte fått några credits och inte haft någon nytta av dem alls. Jag tycker att det här är oseriöst och hoppas att problemet åtgärdas snarast.

Ho acquistato questo OBDeleven 3 per la mia auto (gruppo VAG) spinto dalle ottime recensioni sull’app e sulle funzionalità.Il dispositivo in sé è fantastico: è minuscolo, si collega alla porta OBD2 e scompare. L’applicazione per smartphone (io uso Android) è fatta benissimo, molto moderna, intuitiva e a prova di principiante, specialmente se paragonata a certi scanner OBD cinesi che sembrano fermi agli anni ’90.ATTENZIONE PERÒ: (e qui spiego perché non do 5 stelle)L’acquisto del “dongle” fisico è solo il biglietto d’ingresso. Appena scaricata l’app, ti rendi conto che le funzioni base (leggere e cancellare qualche errore) sono gratis, ma tutto il resto si paga. E non poco.Per sbloccare le funzioni avanzate (dati in tempo reale, codifiche manuali, adattamenti) serve un abbonamento PRO annuale.Se invece vuoi la vita facile e usare le “App One-Click” (che fanno modifiche complesse con un solo tap, tipo chiudere gli specchietti da sola), devi comprare dei Crediti (una valuta virtuale). La cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso è che anche se hai l’abbonamento PRO, i crediti per queste app facili li devi comprare comunque a parte!In conclusione:Do 3 stelle perché l’hardware è ottimo e le potenzialità per chi vuole “smanettare” sulla propria auto (soprattutto VAG) sono enormi. È uno strumento quasi professionale in un corpo minuscolo.Tuttavia, il modello di business non è trasparente al 100% al momento dell’acquisto. Non è un “compra e usa”, ma un “compra e abbonati”.Lo consiglio?SÌ: Se hai un’auto VAG e vuoi personalizzarla a fondo, sapendo che dovrai spendere soldi ogni anno (o comprare crediti) per usarlo.NO: Se cerchi uno strumento da tenere nel cassetto solo per capire perché si è accesa una spia una volta all’anno. In quel caso, compra uno scanner generico da 30 euro e risparmi.
