    Amazing!
I’m really impressed with the Narwal S30 Pro! It comes with so many useful accessories. My favorite is definitely the floor cleaner—after mopping, the whole space smells fresh and clean. The water tank is large enough to cover my 1300 sq ft store in just one trip, and it takes less than 10 minutes to finish. The machine itself is compact and easy to store; I just tuck it in the corner of my office and it doesn’t get in the way at all. The auto-cleaning function is another highlight—fast (only a few minutes), quiet(compare to other robot vacuum I used before, they made huge noise when they self clean), and it even cuts off hair to prevent tangling.Overall, it’s efficient, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended!

    Very Impressive!
I can’t believe I waited this long to get a vacuum mop! It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time and effort—especially with pets running around. It picks up everything from crumbs to pet hair, and then immediately follows up with a deep clean mop that leaves my floors spotless and streak-free.The suction power is impressive, the water tank is easy to fill and clean, and the controls are super intuitive. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture, and the battery life is more than enough to clean my entire home in one go.

    Don’t wait!
It is amazing , I was very skeptical but this machine is impressive! It is quiet and has so many extra time saving and sanitary features! It runs efficiently as far as soap and I can clean my whole house without worrying about the battery dying. It is worth every penny!

    Works well
Love the machine. However it makes a weird squeezing noise when using. I may be sending back if that’s a defect. It’s just very loud in all modes. Other than that it works great, cleans well and gets very close to the walls. It was definitely what I was looking for. I had the Bissell before and there is no comparison. The Bissell left about a 1 inch uncleaned area by the wall edges.

Best purchase ever! What I love about the Narwal S39 Pro is- vacuum and mop all in one pass- lightweight- even gets all the dog hairs and I don’t have to cut it free off the roller- easy to use and powerful- cleans itself!- my floors are so clean!- get a slight workout pulling back on it as the self propulsion is a little strong- love that it is cordless and that it instructs you about its careI’m thrilled with this product and am not a paid customer!

Best floor cleaning tool you can buy
I have purchased 2 differen robots from a different company and they were garbage. With the speed and ease of use along with its self cleaning ability it’s a no brainer. My floors have never looked so clean.

    Almost…
We really liked the convenience of having it mop and vacuum, but we were hoping to be able to use it on our area rugs. It was not the case. While on suction mode, the vacuum would still get wet. We spoke with representatives from Narwal about the malfunction, and they assured us that it shouldn’t be wet while in suction mode. We were able to exchange it for another one. But the new one had the same issue. Narwal said there was nothing they can do about the issue, but relay it to the right people within the company. We were quite disappointed because we waited for this new model, since it was to be an upgrade from the S20 pro. The S20 pro is able to dry and wet vacuum. So to see that it wasn’t able to do what its previous model can do was disappointing. We liked everything else about it because it was thoughtfully designed. Sadly, we are returning it and going to be looking elsewhere.

    A miracle
I’ll start off with this- I recently bought a different model of narwal and was seriously disappointed as I received a defective one. I wasn’t able to exchange but I did get a refund and decided to order this model. I never write reviews but I NEEDED to write this one. This is an expensive but exceptional mop. I have 2 Siberian huskies, 1 golden retriever puppy, 2 little kids and cats. MyHouse is ALWAYS dirty. Messes everywhere. This thing saves me so much time!!! It sucks up dog hair, crumbs, spills with ease and leaves my floors FEELING clean. They are the cleanest they have ever been and I am one happy mom. I love that it has a built in strainer for hairs/solid materials that is easy to throw out. I simply dump the dirty water out each use and clean the tank and put it back in. I love that it has a self clean function-WITH SCISSORS??? Seriously great idea and it has a high temp disinfection process to keep the roller brush clean. If you’re debating and wondering, here is your sign to buy.

Narwal S30 Pro Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner 5 StarsI’m quite impressed with the Narwal S30 Pro Wet/Dry Vacuum. Where I used to vacuum and then mop my floors in two separate steps, this machine has made it possible to vacuum and mop in one pass, saving both time and effort. It’s well-engineered, solidly built, and weighs just under 10 lbs, making it substantial but still manageable.Setup & InstallationSetting it up was straightforward and quick right out of the box. To begin using the vacuum, all I had to do was:Connect the handle to the main body of the unit.Insert the fishnet/self-contained waste separation bag.Attach the odour control cartridge to the bottom of the solid waste container. That’s it for using it as a dry vacuum. For mopping, I simply filled the clean water tank at the back of the base unit and added the provided Narwal detergent into a dedicated opening at the front of the base. The unit automatically controls the detergent dosage — a nice touch — and there’s an indicator that changes from orange to white when detergent is running low.Performance & Ease of Use:Handling & ManeuverabilityThe motorized self-propulsion makes it easy to maneuver across open spaces, gliding along without much physical effort and around furniture. The handle tilts back and lies flat (up to 180°), allowing it to reach under sofas and low furniture. However, note that even when fully flat, the unit remains about 5 inches high, so clearance matters. The base unit is bulky, so while open areas are no problem, getting into tight corners or around dense furniture layouts is more challenging.VacuumingThe suction power is strong and effective at picking up dust, debris, and hair.I was particularly impressed by its edge-cleaning ability, reaching right up to baseboards and corners.MoppingThe mopping function is excellent, and the results are evident — especially when I emptied the dirty water tank.My laminate floors dried quickly, with no excessive wetness, and on my tiled bathroom floors, I even noticed the grout was visibly cleaner after a pass. The machine distributes just the right amount of water and detergent, so you’re never left with puddles or streaks.Self-Cleaning & MaintenanceOne of the standout features of the S30 Pro is its thorough self-cleaning system:Once cleaning is done, I just return the unit to the docking station, and it begins self-cleaning automatically. There is a built-in scissor mechanism that cuts away any hair or threads tangled around the roller — a huge convenience, especially in homes with pets or long-haired residents. The self-cleaning uses the stored detergent and heats water to 194°F to sanitize and wash the roller mop. After washing, the mop is dried with heat, ensuring it’s hygienic and doesn’t develop mildew or odors.Once the self-cleaning cycle is finished, I only need to:Empty and rinse the solid waste containerClean out any hair or debris from the netIt’s quick and easy — a far cry from the manual cleaning I had to do with previous vacuums or mop systems.ObservationsWhile the Narwal S30 Pro performs exceptionally well, here are a few things to keep in mind:The bulkiness of the base unit means it’s not ideal for cramped spaces.Even though it lies flat, the unit still needs about 5″ of clearance, which might limit reach under some furniture. While the detergent indicator is helpful, keep in mind you’ll need to keep stocked with consumables like detergent and waste bags — something to budget for long-term.Final VerdictThe Narwal S30 Pro has significantly elevated how I clean my floors. From its one-pass vacuum/mop combo to its intelligent self-cleaning features, it’s a well-designed, highly functional machine that’s made a real difference in my cleaning routine. If you’re looking for a powerful, time-saving cleaning system that requires minimal maintenance, this is definitely a vacuum worth considering — especially for homes with a mix of hard floors and tiles. It is on a pricey side but it is a worthwhile investment.

***update 3so it ran out of water. i think this was the third time i had to fill it. so yah, im getting use out of it. its just so effortless and convenient.i couldn’t remember how it came apart but i managed just fine. its at the back, its at the back. soap in the front. 🙄 i always go for the soap compartment 😳 but it is a good thing ! i saw the dirt from the bead bar. yuck. i started pulling stuff out but the roller needed to be removed. as you can see from my photo 😳😖 yuuck! there was even a long stick of mums citronella insense trapped in there 5-6”. . the hole that sucks up the dirt was pretty much clogged with debris. it came out easily this time. yet it had way more than dirt in there that i would have never suspected. it really did need a cleaning. the water lasts for a nice period before filling. so i will start keeping tabs on it now for the working area of the mop.the custom filter i made works excellent! for all that crud. i rinsed off the remainders with the shower function in the sink.i used a straw cleaning brush to help out behind the motor for the roller/bead bar. squeegee strip needed some cleaning up too. i dont recall cleaning tools being in the box but it’s something they should consider since you cant run the component under the tap like is did with the make shift sponge. i will have a look at the the accompanying swag for the mop. im in a cleaning zone tight now. so finding it will have to wait.**originali understood this was for floors.i did not understand this is not for carpet at all in any way. doh! well. dont i feel a fool.this would have been great when i lived in houses with no carpet. and theres been a few.so imagine my disappointment when i realized this is for hard floors ONLY!i have been running this thing over the carpet expecting stains to disappear like magic. none of the stains are going anywhere! the carpet is a lil damp. thats about all folks! 😱awh well. 🤔 now what?well i can still use it on the tiles! and what a wonder! just a couple of swipes and the stains are gone off the tile. if i feel lazy i dont even need to sweep! mang i wish i had this when i lived in 3000 sq feet of hardwood floors! lemme tell ya. that was h€ll. it took hours to wash and still looked filthy. water marks EVERYWHERE ! but then vileda came out with their spin mop and what a heaven sent mop it is! it cut down the hours to an hour. the water actually got filthy unlike with a swiffer mop or sponge mop, or any other mop i ever tried in my whole life.. the spin mop kicked all their butts. its been a dream. it was incredible. i still love that mop. but the original, not the updated one.so when i saw this wet mop that i thought was for all flooring surfaces i thought i struck gold! ! ha. what a fool i am!meh its fine since it was a free. and no i wont send it back because i love this thing! even if it is only for hard floors. it makes my life easier as a disabled person. now i can sweep and mop in one go and be done! yippeee!i dont have regrets. this is a great item.i dont love that it needs to be docked to charge. but it’s because of the self clean when you’re done? well i wont leave it plugged in 24/7. just when it needs charging and when im done the floors for the mops clean up. help keep the hydro bill down by doing so. but i haven’t noticed any clean up when it is plugged in and on the dock station.i put the mop on the dock but there is no self clean action. so i need to dive into that a bit more.i am delighted they supplied a second roller so you can diy clean one and still clean up other messes.the deodorant cartridge smells great! i think i will remove it when not needed to help keep it fresh. its easy enough to put in and out.it does not specify whether to use fresh water or distilled water.getting the roller cover back latched to its spot after filling the soap reservoir was tricky. it kept popping off until i removed the cover totally and put it back in place. so keep that in mind.i love the debris trap. its clutch! but you need to remove it and the dirty water reservoir after using the narwal. if you dont the water will 🤢😷 . same with the debris netting. i wish they included more of those. or tried some other concept where it can be reused instead of more plastic garbage. it is crucial to remove these and allow them to dry. otherwise you get a stinky mouldy yucky nasty mess to clean up the next time you reach for this. i ordered a chunk of aquarium sponge and cut it the same shape as the net trap and popped it in. seems to work okits not super loud but also has a more quiet setting if you have pets or infants.so if you have the money to spend on this i say do it! it is excellent at cleaning hard floors. especially if your house has more hard flooring than carpets. you will be grateful you did. no buckets to mess around with is a no brainer!it runs very smoothly.. plus its an all in one. it works great in the basement since it is fully covered in hard flooring and its a bigger area than upstairs.this is a bingo bango mop. get it done with ease. will highly recommend to anyone.this is ideal for summer since we are running in and out of the yard consistently everyday.**update**im in love with this!i spilt the milk for my morning coffee. so busted this out and had it cleaned up in a jiff!update.ok this time i managed to get flour all over the floor when i was making pizza. and i was bare foot. 😱 so GROSS ! well that was super easy to clean right up just after it happened. ran this baby over the area and done. i washed my hands then went on making my pizza. so much easier than a broom and the manual mop. ugh if i did it the old way id have been there for half an hour cleaning up that flour.update.i fall in love with it every time i use it

Thus product arrived the next day via Amazon Prime and was packaged in a large cardboard box during shipping.PROS-I had reviewed a robot vacuum from the same brand and while I gave it away because my home has elevated door frames, I had enjoyed the performance of that product, so I was happy to give this one a try and I am very glad that I did.-Another thing that you should know, is that I work from home and have clients in on a daily basis, so keeping the floors clean is a priority for me and I used to have to pass a canister vacuum and a Swiffer wet jet daily.-So first, this thing comes ready to use and while I did charge mine after setting up, id actually turned on right out of the box.-I was surprised how lightweight this unit was as my mom has a similar product from Tineco which is considerably heavier.-The controls are also quite easy and intuitive to use as there is mandatory app such as with the robot vacuum that you need to learn to navigate.-Most of all, the performance is amazing and my three favourite features are the fact that this cleans the borders of my hardwood floors so well, the ease of access it has with tough angles under cabinets and furniture (sure my Swiffer wet jet can get under the couch (but it is difficult to clean when able to apply zero pressure), and I love not having to go over the floors twice with a vacuum and a Swiffer as this saves me a lot of time.-I tried this on some other surfaces such as a heavily soiled welcome mat as well as the rubber winter car mats and this did a surprisingly good job on both.CONS-The original $760 asking price has dropped and it is currently also on sale, and while I feel the cleaning capacity of this product is excellent, this is not an inexpensive unit and ultimately whether or not it is worth it to you will depend on your floors, the size of your home and the number of people in the household. If you are a single person living in a small apartment who can keep things relatively clean with a swiffer every week or three, it may be more difficult to justify such an expense.

I always hated cleaning the floors. I had to fill up a bucket, pour some floor cleaner in and use a mop. Floors got so wet and then the mop had to be wrung out by hand. At the end you have to empty out a bucket of black water and then clean the mop, again with your hands. I then graduated to a spin mop, which did make things better not having to wring the mop out by hand, but I still had to do everything else. I was so happy the day I picked up a steam spin mop! No more buckets and using steam to sanitize everything! I just changed the two spin mop pads after every use and tossed them into the washing machine. However, the day I spilt a lot of liquid and food on the floor was the day I realized the steam mop could only do so much. With kids, this scenario happened a lot! I thought I just had to “deal” with the messes, and clean them by hand, until I saw the Narwal S30 Pro! This could solve all my pain points with cleaning the floor, that I just HAD TO order it!The S30 Pro is really a full featured floor cleaning system. With the Pro you get a lot of great features and accessories. The S30 is basically a mop and a powerful wet/dry vacuum all-in-one. What’s most awesome about it though is it can self clean AND dry the roller for you in the included charging dock. There is even an integrated moving cutter that will clip any tangled hair from the roller and suck it into the S30’s onboard waste bin. No more handwashing the roller. As it dries it too you don’t ever have to touch the roller like some other floor cleaning vacuums, where you have to remove the wet roller to self dry (or it will mold and smell!). It has a self dispensing detergent tank as well as an onboard clean water tank. The S30 can detect the mess with onboard AI and automatically adjust speed, suction, amount of detergent to dispense, how much water to use and the speed of the roller. You can also self activate a few other modes like quiet mode or boost mode to extra cleanup jobs. It’s very well featured and, for the most part, very well designed! To setup the Narwal S30 Pro is very simpler. Out of the box you only have to insert the upper part of the handle into the lower section, plug in the docking station into a wall outlet, install a odor cartridge under the collection bin and slide in a fishnet solid waste collection “bag” in the waste bin. Once this is done there is a removeable clean water tank that pops out the back of the S30 base. It’s magnetically attached so it’s very easy to pull out and pop back in. There is a handy fill hole on one side that can be filled from any bathroom or kitchen sink. Then at the front of the S30 base, there is a black plastic panel that pops off revealing the roller, and the flap to access the detergent fill hole. Narwal includes a small detergent bottle that you can just stick in the hole and squeeze the detergent out into. I believe the bottle should be able to fill the detergent tank approximately two times. Once the S30 is charged up in the dock, it’s ready to use!The build quality of the S30 is very good. It has a modern look to it. Ergonomically, there is no adjustable height for the handle and it is on the tall side I find. However, there should be no issues for people of different heights using it as the head moves in all directions so you will be able to hold it in a comfortable position. The S30 is on the heavier side though, especially if the clean water and/or dirty water tanks is full, but the weight is down low so it’s not felt at the handle. When using the S30 though, it is very easy to move around as it is self-propelled! There is no speed adjustment though so you just control and move it like you would when mopping the floor (i.e. back and forth!). As it is self-propelled moving it around is, of course, pretty effortless. That’s only if it is on though. If the S30 is turned off I found it a bit hard to move around and that’s because the roller part doesn’t really slide well on the bare floor. You have to tilt the S30 up to move it more easily by using it’s rear wheels. This works great if the S30 water and detergent tanks are not filled up. When they are the weight flops the S30 head down onto the floor every time you try to tilt it. This did make it a bit of a chore to relocate it. I could turn it on but sometimes it’s not feasible to roll the wet roller where you want to go. Also, back to the weight, you do need to lift the S30 onto the dock unfortunately, as it is not a roll-on design.Controls on the S30 are easy to use too. There is a touch panel at the front facing you, a clean button on the front to activate self-cleaning mode while in the dock, and a trigger built into the handle to activate MAX mode. The on/off button on the touchpad also doubles as a pause. Then there is a mode button to change the mode from the default AI to Wood Floor cleaning (less water use), Quiet Mode (low noise/enhanced battery life), and Suction Mode (i.e. for spills). There are other smart features too in addition to AI mode, like when the angle between the floor and handle is less than 25 degrees the S30 goes into low area mode, adjusting its suction assuming it is cleaning a lot of dust under furniture as an example. To use the S30 just lift it off the charging dock. After filling the clean water tank and detergent tank, turn the power on and the S30 will propel itself, auto-dispense the water and detergent. Just a note the detergent Narwal provides is labelled safe for children and pets. Also, there is no other sanitizer feature like steam, so you are dependent on the detergent to sanitize the floor, as an FYI. Anyway, once on just move the S30 back and forth like you would when mopping the floors. The S30 does a great job sucking liquid, debris and dust up. The mop works great except for really stuck on stuff. I found, even though the Narwal applies downward pressure on the roller, the S30 just didn’t seem to be able to remove some stuck on stains even after many passes back and forth in AI and MAX modes. It may be that the roller needs some scrubbers sewn in like the steam mop pads I have do. My steam spin mop removes those stuck on stains after it sits on the stain for a short time. It also could be the heat of the steam losing the stain along with the scrubbers built into the pads. Either way I was surprised the S30 couldn’t remove these, hence the reason I lowered the review by one star (really unfortunate as I really do think the S30 is awesome).Once done cleaning the S30 is super easy. Just lift it back on the charging dock and press the front Clean button to start the self-cleaning. The S30 will spin the roller in the dock to clean it. It also has a built-in cutter in the dock that will slide back and forth cutting any tangled hair. The vacuum will suck all of the water, hair and debris into the waste bin. Once the roller is clean the dock has a heated strip acting like an iron to dry the roller so it won’t mold and smell! The whole cleaning cycle runs automatically so you can just walk away. I did find at the end of the cycle the roller is still very slightly damp. However, leaving it for days I didn’t notice any mold or smells coming from it. Also no hair was left on the roller for me to have to untangle. After each use the waste water should be disposed off too. Thankfully the waste bin can be detached from the handle so it can be brought to a toilet for disposal. The fishnet filter can also be removed with any solid particles inside it, and disposed of. Just a note Narwal does supply about 6 of these fishnets with the Pro. After using these up you will have to purchase more, same with the Odor cartridge. Overall, it’s just really nice hands-off cleaning!!To summarize, I do think the Narwal S30 Pro is really a fantastic machine to clean the hard floor surfaces in your home. It is very easy to use and does a great job for everyday messes, be it solid or liquid. It can handle most of these cleaning tasks with ease! The only cleanup where I found the S30 struggled with are the sticky stains, like the ones you need to scrap off. For these, even with multiple passes in AI and MAX mode I could not get those spots off., that my steam spin mop typically can, though with some struggle. If Narwal can just add some scrubbers into the S30s roller, it would most likely clean these up with ease. What is easy though, is the cleanup after using the S30. It takes care of it almost all by itself. No need to touch a dirty wet roller with the self-cleaning feature built into the S30 and its charging dock. Only thing to do is empty the waste bin. Aside from a few other small improvements areas, I think the Narwal S30 Pro is pretty awesome machine that’s made my floor cleaning so much easier and a whole lot more pleasant! So easy that I find I do it more often now without complaining…hahaha….

I wanted to share my initial thoughts about the Narwhal S30 Pro as I received it today and spent the whole day testing it out in both normal and “extreme” situations. In all areas, it excelled!I really like the way the spinning mop roller reaches right to the edge, or practically all the way. That means it has the same cleaning power along the baseboards as out in the middle. I also like how the roller helps to act as a self-propelled assistant. It takes no arm strength at all to move the mop forwards and this means no sore back when you’re done.Cleaning is really terrific, especially on tile. I note that it even cleans up the grout very well. One floor I tested was “clean” in that it was cleaned by a Swiffer Mop ahead of time, but after just one pass I could see the dirty water hopper was full of mud-coloured water, showing the difference in cleaning effectiveness between the two products. The floor dried quickly as the mop uses just enough water to get the job done and no more. Practically no rooms had any issue with “painting yourself into a corner” as by the time the last half of the room was completed the first have had already dried.I showed this to a family member who has spent a lifetime scrubbing floors, and she commented [direct quote]: “Heavens to Betsy! Is this magic?”. Well, yes, I suppose it is.Only one minor issue I can note in the day of testing. Right out of the box, upon startup, within 10 seconds the unit reported an error of a stuck brush. I turned it off and back on again, and it resumed normal operation. Hours later and it has not repeated that issue. I did find a little bit of yarn from the brand new roller jammed into the assembly, so I suspect that was the problem.I am thoroughly impressed with the performance, ease of use, and overall functionality/appeal of this product.
