Faulty Xbox One
This would be the second Xbox one S that we purchased from them. The first one did not work so we sent it back and they sent us a replacement and the second one did not work. We reached out to them to let them know a couple of times and then I’ll be at the last time. There was a couple months span, they will not refund us. We also reached out to Amazon and they will not refund us. I highly suggest you do research prior to purchasing their products.

It pays a little bit here n there it came with dirt stains on the controller and Xbox that didn’t really matter tbh it’s not bad

It’s for my Grandkids so I really don’t know much about it. Definitely keeps them entertained when they visit, which was my only goal.

Be careful with scans always
I bought this Xbox to give to my son’s birthday -it was this past Sunday and to my surprise the Xbox never worked .My son is devastated it .I need to exchange or get a refund to this but the time expired.I’m very upset since this was a dream for my son who is 10Years old and devastated.Can someone please help us here ????

Reconditioned with a baby wipe?
“Reconditioned” must mean “wiped down with a baby wipe” all the vents are clogged, and the webbing where the holes are is filled with tobacco or possibly marijuana, judging by the fact that it smells like bong water it’s probably marijuana, the photos don’t do it justice, but this thing is almost yellow. And the fan is making a humming and clicking sound..
