Ease of use
Great lock system that allows you to track and provide unique entry codes for separate account access. Used for an office access door for work and thinking of adding to my house. Love how easy it was to install and set up. You can also have several door locks on one app for easy tracking and programming.

It’s actually my second one, had to replace first one I ruined it by not changing batteries in time acid leak corrosion ate up terminal just FYI it’s a great lock can open remote .

Force you to add 6-8 digit codes instead of 4 hate that!
Can’t see the screen in bright sun, then I have to type a minimum 6-digit code. Makes me so mad, won’t be buying another one.

Good product
We have 3 Lockley locks. 1 with camera and they work very well. We have 1 at our air bnb and it lasted 4 years. Another 1 at our shop the keypad faded so it was hard to see the keypad so had to replace after 3 or 4 years but it was exposed to sun. Still, we bought more because we like product. Life expectancy has not been as long as we like.

Super easy to install & set up
I’ve installed a few key pad door locks and this one was no different really than the other brands. Easy to install, not complicated or difficult at all. It was easy to set up on the app as well. I bought the hub and really like the ability to access it remotely. My biggest complaint is that the hub is supposed to be within 30 ft of the lock which can be annoying if you have limited outlets or not one close by. I also don’t like the random rotating numbers on the pad. But maybe that’s just me, I like things to be in order and when it’s not it drives me crazy lol But that really has nothing to do with the lock function, more of a personal preference. Anyhow, I like it and would buy it again if I needed another one.

My Lockly screen stopped working, and the customer service team was outstanding. They guided me through the process and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Great product and excellent support—makes me confident about buying Lockly again.

Not intuitive
Very difficult to program and use. Not intuitive at all. And, if the lock is facing sunlight it’s impossible to read the screen to press numbers to unlock. And don’t get me started on the ridiculously useless wifi non-capability Product concept spot-on. Execution – let’s just say they are not there yet.
