Excellent Lock with Advanced Security Features
Awesome product! Installation was simple—especially with the help of the YouTube video. The daily functionality is excellent, and adding or removing users is quick and easy. The lock feels very well-built with durable materials, and I highly recommend using the keypad cover for added protection.WiFi connectivity works flawlessly, allowing remote access from anywhere. At first, I was a little hesitant about the price, thinking it was on the higher side. However, after installing it and exploring its advanced security features—like the random numerical keypad and fingerprint biometric touchpad—I believe the Lockly Secure Pro 2025 (Latest Version) is absolutely worth the investment.Thanks.

Pretty much the perfect SmartLock
Almost perfect! I’ve tried smart WiFi electronic locks by Philips, Quicklock/Yale and they were hard to use, hard to integrate and unreliable. This Lockly SmartLock has been great. It was very easy to install. The app works great and the fingerprint sensor work perfectly. There is a single issue I’m unhappy with. The lock-turn on the inside door is counter-intuitive. Unlike every other lock, when the knob is horizontal, the lock is open and, when vertical, it’s locked.One of the problems I’ve had with other electronic locks is they are ultra sensitive to terrained lock feature causing the deadbolt to come out and whack the door frame. That’s why in one of those pictures you’ll see some damaged door frame around the lock. That was not done by the lockley.I continue to be impressed by the guest access which has date restrictions. I am absolutely shocked at how well the Wi-Fi works considering it’s battery operated and not connected to the AC anywhere. I haven’t figured out how long it’ll last on a set of batteries. I’ve had it a number of months and is still showing 100%.

Love the technology on this smart lock
Huge upgrade from my previous smart lock. The fingerprint technology is much quicker and I haven’t had any problems with it not registering. I love the anti fraud combination protection. And the app is super convenient for remote unlocking. The real time notifications for locking and unlocking is great too!

cool lock but high price
Very cool lock- love the finger print function. I think the price is too high for what it is. It also took many hours to install. Not sure i would recommend just due to the price.. but provides some security. Love the automatic lock function

Good lock with nice features.
So for a WIFI enabled deadbolt, I am very pleased with the lock so far. Installation was pretty easy (I was replacing and existing so I did not have to make any cuts to my door) and uneventful. Teaching the lock went smoothly. Very quiet compared to my old Kwikset Halo and it seems more robust. Was more expensive but I think it is justified with how it performs

Great customer service
Works great. Very satisfied with the lock and customer service. 1st lock assembly had a manufacturing defect. Called customer support at Lockly and proceeded to play tag with returning calls. They state email is the most efficient way to contact them and they are correct. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Returned defective lock to Amazon and had a new one within a couple of days. New lock works great. Easy to install.
