Amazing, vibrant, and functional
These bulbs certainly delivered on their promises, with very vibrant colors and very good white temperatures too. The process of pairing is a bit unusual, each bulb creates a temporary local wifi network and you have to pair them using that, but I figured out how to pair them and they work flawlessly! They also have seamless integration into home assistant, do a great job at lighting up the entire room, and 1% brightness can get really dim for a nice night light setting that won’t disturb sleep. Easily one of the best smart bulbs out there.

My Favorate Smart Bulb Yet
I’ve tried a bunch of “Smart” bulbs and these are by far the best. The app is fantastic and the response is very fast. I’ve set up schedules, and linked to my Google Home. The set up is much easier that other Smart bulbs but does need a cell phone and Wifi. Some of the bulbs i have are over 8 years old and still working, which is unheard of for LED bulbs, most go bad in a few years. The color spectrum is almost infinite and they are much brighter that most color bulbs. I’m slowly replacing all the bulbs in my house with these.

Years Later, Still the Best Smart Bulb on the Market
Still the king of smart bulbs. I’ve used LIFX for years and nothing else matches the brightness, color accuracy, or the instant responsiveness—no hub, no lag, no random disconnects. Dropped this one into an IKEA lamp and it synced with the app in seconds. The warm ambers look like real filament, the neon colors hit hard, and the whites actually look white, not sickly blue.If you want a bulb that feels premium every time you turn it on, this is the one.

Excellent but you might consider other options for over 10 bulbs.
I currently use around 14 LIFX Color A19 bulbs throughout my home, which perform admirably in terms of lighting and color versatility. However, I’ve encountered some issues with the accompanying application. Specifically, when attempting to control and organize multiple bulbs within the app, I’ve noticed that the bulbs in my living room occasionally vanish and reappear unpredictably. This intermittent recognition can be disruptive when trying to manage the lighting ambiance of my house seamlessly.

Bright, Vibrant Colors and Tons of Features, but Setup Can Be Tricky
The LIFX Color A19 bulbs are impressive with their bright 800 lumens output and full RGB color-changing capability. Once set up, they’re incredibly fun and versatile—you can control them from your smartphone, set schedules, create scenes, and even sync them with music or other smart home devices. The colors are vibrant, and the whites range from warm to cool tones, making them perfect for any mood or occasion. I especially love how responsive they are when using voice assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant. The only downside was the initial setup. Connecting to Wi-Fi and pairing with the app took a few tries, which was a little frustrating. Once connected, though, they’ve been rock solid with no dropouts.Overall, these are fantastic smart bulbs with lots of features and excellent performance—just be patient during the first setup.

Couldn’t go back to regular bulbs
The colors on Lifx lights are much more bright and vivid than the Hues I replaced. The new Matter connectivity option really made it easier to connect all the lights than it was without.

Takes HOURS to Setup. Warrants Class Action lawsuit!!!
In total, I purchased well over $200 worth of LIFX bulbs. The comfort of my home is enhanced based on my ability to create “warmth” and ambiance through lighting. In theory, LIFX bulbs are awesome, however, setting up LIFX bulbs equates to a living nightmare.Prior to purchase, I encourage you do a random internet search of ‘problems connecting LIFX bulbs to WIFI’. You will see comments regarding the HOURS long process of setup. The hours-long process is due–in large part–to the purchaser being ‘forced’ to connect the bulbs via Apple’s HomeKit (for those with iPhones) which the setup defaults to–in lieu of setup through the actual LIFX app. Opting out of using Apple’s HomeKit will cost you an extra 15 to 30 minutes of setup per bulb as the app shows a message saying you’ll have to wait 15 minutes for HomeKit to ‘reset’ the install approach since you opted to use the LIFX app instead of HomeKit for installation. When I purchased my first set of bulbs +/-9 years ago, I only recall the LIFX app as my choice for setup and do not recall a ‘forced’ option to use HomeKit. A month or so ago I relocated and am in the process of setting the ambiance of my home with LIFX bulbs. The ‘forced’ use of HomeKit for non-first-time installation–and without the required original packaging that came with the bulb–is CRAZY. The user is prompted to scan the original bulb package OR to key in the HK (HomeKit) number stamped on the bulb–which means you either have to remove the bulb from your high ceilings to retrieve the HomeKit number off the bult, or have been forward-thinking enough +/-9 years ago (in my case) to write down the location of each bulb on the “stored” packages prior to installing the bulb so if ever you need to reinstall the bulb, you’ll know which package to scan.By the way, retrieving and keying in the HomeKit number from off the bulb doesn’t work. I tried it three times much to even more dismay than I experienced hours into trying to set up these LIFX bulbs.I feel that LIFX and Apple conspired to make life a living nightmare for those who opt out of being forced to use Apple HomeKit and choose to use the LIFX app for setup.

Arrived much before time. Good quality bulbs. Bought them for the broad colour temperature range which looks awesome. So far no connection issues. Thanks !!

I recommend these LIFX bulbs, especially for those whose Hue Philips bridge is full. You just need WIFI to connect with them and they work well with the Alexa smarthome ecosystem.

Durable, App could be a little more intuitive and better designed though
